App doesn’t work
Such a disgrace that the developer can’t make an application.
please fix this.
I am currently under sixteen and i go to wadi degla. I wanted to download this app because i can manage my stuff such as lockers and stuff because i train there. But when i tried to register in the app i couldn't because it needed a national id number which i dont have because like i have mentioned i am under sixteen . It would really help if you fixed this problem, it's the only reason i rated it 2 stars. Also it keeps kicking me out the app sometimes so please fix that too. Thank you for listening.
Good but needs improvements
Needs some improvements such as - Face ID - speed improvements - enhancement for the UI

ممتازين
Not helpful at all
I wanted to leave feedback about facilities but it wanted to access my camera and gallery so I didn’t share my opinion. When I looked up activities and stuff ended up wasting my time. Except zero benefits out of this app. It takes forever for cs to answer the simplest questions and literally nothing new on here. Gonna uninstall it right away.

👌👌good app
Requiered Premium app.
The application is very slow and the content is not informative and I think is not complete. It looks like a start up business. I really believe WadiDegla deserve a much better application.
Payment method

Shout out to the developers.
I really wanna thank the team working on the app, amazin job guys.
I don’t trust this app having access to my camera roll
First things first, the app is too slow and will never load the QR code so that you can get in the club without your physical card. It might do so whilst playing around and checking the app, but in real life it never dies so, don’t rely on it. I tried to rate the club, but it requires camera access, which raises RED FLAGS! I am not giving up my privacy and guess what, I don’t care about sharing my opinion. By the way, I regret being a member of this club … parking is always a pain in the neck, especially Maadi club. Food is very “VERY” poor .. even ketchup, mustard and other stuff is very low quality and never expect a well served hot meal at any club (Trust me I tried all locations). Coaches are not professionals and your kiddos will eventually waste their time as their skills wont improve much (I am referring to soccer ball and swimming as well as gymnastics). Wish I could sell my membership for one tenth of what I paid but it is not possible whatsoever. If you read the whole thing, you are amazing lol

Not clear
The app is very complicated & not clear. Also it gives wrong info. Need to be improved & up to date
Great Step
Well, the application is so good and I had no problem logging in or anything. It just need to be smoother with time and few improvements like FAQs the window doesn’t fully expand to show full answer.
Paying online not working
Paying online is not working! Especially at a time like this such a feature needs to be working. And the customer support for the app doesn’t help
Verification code problem
Didn’t receive my verification code, I’ve tried more than 3 times
