بيبوظوا الهدوم قاصدين وللسف لقيت ناس متير حصلهم نفس المشكلة بياخدوا تمن الخدمة كامل ومفيش حتى اعتذار بيقاوحوا ان عادي البقعة ماتطلعش وبعدين يكووا عليها Beware bgd

Scam
Dishonest trick is used to deceive people and get their money… now you have to deposit 500 before each service and when you do they deduct 150 delivery service and 50 management fees so 200 pounds from the 500 is totally gone…. When I complained and requested the rest of my money back they said they will send it on instapay (which takes 5 minutes to be done) and till now I didn’t receive the rest of the money and they don’t even reply on my messages.

The cleaning service went from being affordable to being extremely RIDICULOUS. It’s really really ridiculous and makes no sense! Why am I paying 150 pounds to clean a single dress, and another 150 to have it folded? Why is the price of cleaning same as price of folding? It’s NOT the same efforts and hard work. So a total of 300 EGP for JUST ONE DRESS? Honestly it is ridiculous. This company needs to do better.

They are stealing people’s clothes after scheduling a time where they take your cloths or carpet etc.. I hope apple delete this app immediately!
Too many calls/messages- defies the point of being an app!
Too many calls and messages to confirm pick up or drop off time I already marked on the app. Makes no sense using it and paying extra than usual to have all these calls! So annoying I wanted to use an app for a reason! Deleted it!
Excellent service
Excellent service! Very professional! Laundry picked up and delivered promptly. Laundry folded and packed neatly. Very friendly staff, highly recommended.
They stole my clothes
Don't use this app, they stole my son's jacket and pants and blocked our account when نصابين

All the app does it let you arrange for pick up and delivery dates. Apart from that, you have to do regular communication; calls! Also, when I arrange for a pick up, there is no way to inform them what they’re picking up until they arrive. You should have seen the look on the pickup guy’s face when he discovered it was 6 carpets!

Bad Customer service
Didn’t receive my 4th carpet although the delivery date was yesterday and re-scheduled for today and also didn’t receive it !! And i left an announcement that i have a family gathering on friday and wanted to receive them before ! The payment amount was more than what we Agreed on !! And I had to call and send WhatsApp to re-calculate it !!

Thankfully no issue with over-communication and the exchanges were smooth sailing. My only hope is for a description of how things go and the paying options somewhere. Other than that, great app!
