كنت طالبه منهم تنضيف بعد التشطيب وبجد ممتازين وملتزمين تيم محمود شلبي بجد فعلا ومهتمهين بكل التفاصيل وغيرو شكل المطبخ والحمام بعد التنظيف
Not professional at all
The cleaners are always in a hurry to leave, they do not clean well at all and the service is not cheap. Will be deleting the app. I thought that maybe it was one cleaner but lately all cleaners from this app are not professional like what the app claims. Dont waste money on the services provided from them

Do not request plumber from them!
It was very bad experience.. We needed a plumber to fix water issue , they did not respect what’s told to us to pay and we payed the double!!

فعلا تجربة سيئة مش ملتزمين بالاسعار اللى على ابليكشن حتى سعر المتر بتاع البلاط الفنى جه و دفعتله معينة و قالى سعر تلت اضعاف اللى على الابليكشن كمان الفنى مش بيحط سعر على المتر بيحط سعر من دماغه لو اعرف احط صورة للشات كنت حطيت

First time trying the app. Cleaner was punctual and efficient. Will definitely try it again.

كنت حاجزة خدمة التنضيف المنزلي على يومين، وأكدت أثناء الحجز إني محتاجة ٢ عاملة بسبب كبر المساحة وظروفي الخاصة. لكن يوم التنفيذ اتفاجأت إنهم باعتين عاملة واحدة بس، من غير أي إخطار مسبق. لما كلمت خدمة العملاء قالولي يمكن العاملة التانية عندها ظرف، واتعرض عليا تغيير المواعيد المتفق عليها، ودا خلاني أضطر ألغي الخدمة. في كذا نقطة كانت مقلقة بالنسبة لي: •عدم الالتزام بعدد العاملات المتفق عليه بدون إخطار مسبق. •وضع العميل قدام الأمر الواقع من غير تقديم حلول بديلة واضحة. •تواصل العاملة معايا بشكل مباشر على رقمي الشخصي ومعاها عنواني، ودا مقلق من ناحية الخصوصية والأمان. •عدم وجود نظام واضح لتعريف العاملة قبل الوصول (زي صورة أو كارت تعريف)، ودا أثر على إحساسي بالأمان. •عدم وجود أي متابعة من مشرف أو فريق الجودة بعد إلغاء الخدمة لمعرفة السبب أو أخذ feedback. كنت متوقعة تجربة منظمة وآمنة خاصة إن التطبيق ليه reviews كويسة، لكن التجربة دي للأسف كانت مخيبة للآمال. أتمنى تحسين مستوى التنظيم والتواصل، خصوصاً إن الخدمة دي بتحتاج درجة عالية من الثقة والاحترافية.

Unreliable service
I asked for house cleaning and notified them that I need our cat’s place to be cleaned, I received a call confirming that the cleaner is coming. On the day, the cleaner came and finished a part of the job. when the cleaner saw she had to do the cat’s place, she refused to clean it saying that she was not informed about that. Customer service argued with me that they don’t clean after pets over the phone and didn’t help solve the issue. I requested to stop the job immediately but they argued a lot that it’s not possible. I had to strongly insist on stopping the cleaning service and only pay for the parts that were done only. It was such a horrible experience over the phone.
