Opening bug
It happens two times to me when I want to show the card, the app stock in opening motion
Device limit
Device limit should be more as family members are permissible to use it. There could be an option to add the family member’s EID to verify the family relation if the issue is misusing it outside the family.

Unable to use pin
All shops unable to enter their pin on iphone 16 pro max…works fine with older devices.
Good app and deals, poor UI
Good app with wide range of deals which may be hard to find some time due to many other deals. Search engine needs to be refined. UI also needs to be improved. Many areas with white text on white background (especially in search meny)
Needs heavy improvement
This app never wants to login and says it cannot read the data because it is in the incorrect format? It needs some serious improvement. It almost never wants to work
App doesn't work good
Always problem to open it quickly, nearby offers not appearing anymore, search doesn't work, so I'm literally missing so many places with esaad discount. Upset

Great app
Amazing app and plenty of discounts to choose from, wide ranges of options. My only concern is that the login options should be improved and device limit should be manageable in app settings.
