Best Application for dealers
I have a great experience using this application, it is user friendly and gives a overall smooth experience for dealers, I saw some reviews where people misjudged it as a platform to buy cars, this is instead a dealer centric application to manage there listing to be posted on actual dubizzle platform, they can work towards keeping a more business focused name to avoid that will be my feedback but overall a great application for dealers
Poor experience overall
Poor experience overall. The deposit was initially presented as fully refundable, but when I requested to close my account and asked for my deposit back, they did not want to return it. After that, I submitted a complaint to customer support as instructed. Since then, I have been sent back and forth between departments with constant delays and repeated responses saying the matter is “with the relevant department” or “under process.” It has been around a month of follow-ups through email and WhatsApp without any proper resolution or clear timeline. Very disappointing customer service and not a professional way to handle clients.

Bad management- delay in processing my deposit for over a month
It has been over a month since I initially raised this issue, and despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution. Your recent communication stated that the matter would be resolved by Tuesday or Wednesday, but this lack of urgency is unacceptable for a company of Dubizzle’s reputation. It feels as though I am being made to beg for what is rightfully owed to me, which is both frustrating and disappointing. I expected a far higher standard of service and professionalism. I urge you to treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and ensure that my refund is processed without any further delay. I trust that you will take immediate action to restore my confidence in your service.

I am a car dealer. Always get cars from there app. Never had an issue before especially with greyar he is very helpful . Yesterday bought a car and when received the car found many things that was not in report transmission failed and steering box broken …and they sent someone from inspection team to check and he told it should have been mentioned in the report. After negotiation they only agreed to compensate 1000. Ill be scrapping the car with big loss.

Dear Dubizzle If you make a advertising is paid option , than pls promote your website not only to car dealers but also for real buyers !!! If i want to sell my car with dealers , why should I pay 440 drh / 120 usd per month !!! I can simply google all car dealers in uae and go around and check who will give me better price and it is for FREE! If I am paying for advertising I am expecting REAL buyers approach me ! But looks like real buyers doesn't know of existing of dubizzle , should be better marketing for it ! So for all car SELLERS let me tell you how the process : You put ad , you pay for 1 month 100-150 usd All car dealers start annoying you with a calls and offering you ridiculous price ! Of course they need to buy from you cheap and than resell it for more lol And of course most of them they will not tell you that they are dealers , they will pretend to be buyers , and always they need to buy car for wife or second car for wife lollll ( even you are not interested for whom he is buying , but he will tell you at the beggining that I am looking for my wife lol so now you know it 100% car dealer) . So still by phone he gave a "kind of okay " price , and when he comes for viewing , he will drop the price up to 50% down from you listing price . So just don't waste you time with car dealers all same strategy ! VERY UPSET with dubizzle For wasting my money for ad , and no real client call me ! Only wasters of my time car dealers ( which any seller can find them by himself and for free lollllll)
