The app is very simple and user friendly. And of course the design/ look is elegant.
App crashed
Randomly stopped working, got a notification, went to read it, app decided to malfunction and throw an error. Didn’t find an update in the App Store. There goes a potential sale. It was an offer I took notice of and then the excitement died 😂 How can a serious business have such shoddy experiences 🤦🏻

Frustrating.
App constantly says it has 82 notifications despite not having anything visible in the app. Very tempting to delete.
Road side assistance not working
It is almost now month since i bought my car and trying many times with the road side assistance option always giving me message “ it is bot available” despite of many times un-install and install again the app wondering when the development team will fix , i had registered multiple complains about it but no response

Need to add car history
The only thing that will not show the full history. Kindly add this option it will be beneficial; I suggest that you add it like the option to be sent to my email if you can’t view it in the app, the rest of the app is good well done!
Not as expected or informed by the salesman
The app did not have the prices or enough photos as informed by salesmen that I can find and all details and buy a car through the app and online.

The app needs to have an option for the users to receive or disable marketing notifications.

Really good application and handy, would be great if can take pictures or upload picture for the malfunction message or select from drop-down menu and link this to company’s internal systems!
Terrible
The changes made to the app are simply terrible. Not thought out properly in relation to user experience with multiple formatting issues. Customers are unable to read appropriate detail / information on vehicles. Has there been an user testing? I doubt it. I can only describe this as a shoddy attempt to change the look and feel and in the process, you have succeeded in alienating prospective customers.

Faulty service after I picked the car two weeks ago
My AC stopped working first day of Eid after I had collected the car two weeks ago which is shameful and then not to have any emergency repair option for such a serious fault with which I could not use the car ruined the Eid holiday plans. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

هذه نتيجة الاحتكار وعدم وجود منافسين للأسف الشديد. البرنامج سيئ لا يحتوي على كتالوج للمواصفات ولا صور، مجرد تطبيق لحجز مواعيد للصيانة لا أكثر، وموقع الشركة مثله تماماً؛ بل قد يكون أكثر سوءاً. الوكيل الحصري (بشكل عام) يوفر خيارات محدودة بمواصفات أقل وبأسعار أغلى من الأسعار العالمية، دون أي إهتمام بجودة الخدمات ومواكبة التطورات التقنية الحديثة وهذا التطبيق مثال على ذلك، باختصار: جشع واستغلال وغياب للتوطين.

Worst service support
Gave the car for servicing 4 days back. No response from them when car will be ready. Every time I call them , they inform me that we will give u a call back as service advisor is not available. Never received call back since last 2 days. Hope I can get some response. Have called them more than 10 times with no response
