App review
Dear all Being happy to book online but really the app needs to be fixed because it’s very complicated ..
User friendly app
The app allows selection of preferred therapists or barbers and provides access to multiple locations. Overall, the 1847 app is a valuable tool for men seeking luxury grooming services, offering an intuitive platform that enhances the overall customer experience.
Nothing works
Horrible app , nothing works . Keep asking password registrations and so on . To log in with my account keep asking verification code which never works. Trying to register with my other phone number and still verification code is incorrect. And can’t understand why I have to register to book a service .
Great app but no clear way to acquire voucher?
Clean and very easy to use app - no complaints whatsoever. Was however promised a 100 AED voucher upon downloading which doesn’t seem available...

App Constantly Crashing
Ive had a recurring issue that I have been experiencing with the 1847 app. It seems to be crashing consistently whenever I am in the process of selecting a technician. Additionally, I have encountered a similar problem when attempting to add more services. This has been going on for few months. I am not the only one facing these difficulties. A number of my friends who also utilize the app have reported experiencing similar issues.
Amazing
Great service
Useless
Unfortunately lately I can’t make any booking through the app. After I select the time I can’t proceed, and this incident repeated a lot recently. You have to fix it
Finally!
I am happy that the App is finally there! Easy to use and always available! Tks!
Phone verification doesn’t work
Sends code by SMS but then just doesn’t do anything when the code is entered

One of my favorite apps to book my appointments with 1847 very easy and smooth app with instant confirmation
Useless
When I book on the app I get a phone call that the slots I selected are not available. What’s the point of having an app to book?
