It's showing complimentary coffee available but they'll say the offer is finished. Specifically DRAFT coffee, SHOT

My app stopped working for 17.6 ios
If you didnt update your phone the app dosnt work it sticks in a cycle of app to download and back to app , you cant expect everyone to have the latest version even apple asks not to update due to battery issues i guess i lost my points .. because of a simple tech issue

Misleading and a total headache
I’ve had nothing but frustration with Darna Rewards by Aldar. Honestly, the program feels fake and almost like a scam. They advertise that you’ll earn points automatically when you use your registered card — but in reality, you don’t. I’ve made multiple purchases at Yas Mall, and the points never reflected. Even when I used Apple Pay with my registered card, nothing came through. Instead, every single time I shop, I have to waste time sending them an email with proof just to get the points I should have received automatically. To make it worse, the app doesn’t even give you an option to upload receipts yourself, so you’re stuck chasing their team manually. The customer service is terrible. No proper support, no transparency, and no accountability. It’s a complete headache. They make it sound smooth and rewarding, but in reality, it’s broken and disappointing. Honestly, the whole experience makes the program feel misleading, unreliable, and not worth the effort.
Good but..
It good application and great service, once you add your card point will pop-up automatically. But after some point it stops working. Said: please update application, but there is no update in the AppStore. So, the question is how to update it?

It would be a great App if the colleagues at the outlets featured had been given training on the App and the rewards/offers. 3 places I have been so far to use the discounts said they don’t accept!!!

Doesn’t work
As I’m writing this I see all the “app doesn’t work” reviews are over a year old..clearly nothing has changed..app crashes when u open it, doesn’t allow linking the credit card..pretty much useless..at this point i guess if you’re able to park in the Darna allocated area at yas mall thats about the best benefit you’ll get out of the app

The app doesn’t work. It doesn’t let me link with my Visa CC. The redemption process is troublesome.
Cash back to bank card is good option
Getting points converting to real cash is an amazing option. Lot of ways to earn points at restaurants is killer!!
Cannot login, register.
I tried to login more than hundred times. Failure 400 error message is coming continuously. I contacted customer center but they don’t know how to solve it. I downloaded android app from other device and it’s working fine. But iOS aop is not working at all.

I love that I can get the location and contact information for all the shops in one place then use my points!
Major flaw
You can only use the app’s benefits if you earn points. You can only earn points if you link your card. The app won’t let you link a card.
Loving the variety
For a free loyalty programme, I’m impressed by how much there is to choose from! I’m a big fan of the W Hotel so looking forward to being able to make the most of it!
Promised free Starbucks for registration, but nothing
Sent an email that a free Starbucks would come with registration, but was just a way to get people to download app. Will be deleting.
