Just Right
Great app and the savings do add up to free food over time. Only bug wish you could add the digital card to your wallet so could then be on my watch, when out without my phone
Absolute disgrace
Deleting this app and will not be buying from Greggs ever again since they decided to let factory workers find out through the news that they have lost their jobs

Cannot log in
The app logged me out and when I try to log in it requires a code sent via sms but that sms never arrives. I checked my number and it is correct. Please fix the issue
They got rid of my free drink
I had many days left until it expired but it random disappeared and I don't know why
Great app but freebies that expire and no Apple Wallet
App is great but the freebies have to be used within x days so it’s possible to get a freebie and loose it… Also have been having issues with scanning the Greggs card in my Apple Wallet. Staff couldn’t understand why it was a problem. Eventually deleted the card with an aim of reloading it and found you can’t add the card to Apple Wallet anymore. What a backwards step.
Need to add reward card to wallet
Should have option to add reward card to wallet.
Great
I go to Greg’s when I can as don’t feel like I’m being over charged at any time Clean. , honest good food
Never refreshes.
Always says “couldn’t refresh rewards” totally useless app.
Pit stop
Best sausage rolls ever !
Don’t Go To Greggs Westcroft
Firstly, they were advertising a new lemonade, however they ran out of Lemonade as well as mangoes which was indeed one of the flavours. However they were still advertising a mango lemonade. I decided to get the strawberry lemonade instead thinking it would be better. Half of my drink was ice, it wasn’t even lemonade it was just water with a small amount of strawberry juice at the bottom. Could not taste the strawberry at all. I then ordered a pizza, however the bags are incredibly inconvenient. The grease seeps through the bag it’s very low quality and not something I will order again. Overall very bad service.

Greggs changed my life
This makes me #grrmondays
Cowards
Hey, remember when you actually had opinions for vegans/vegetarian’s? Clearly you only cared bc it used to be trendy. But guess what? We still exist! Now that you’ve gotten rid of 98% of the options for us there’s no point in going in. Not that you care bc you still make billions in profits regardless so release another foot item with meat. The meat eaters clearly don’t have enough. So performative.

Value for money
I would like to thank Greggs for good quality food at an affordable cost. Also would like to mention that the staff in the south of England at Bournemouth,Poole.Christchurch, Lymington,Salisbury and Swanage are very friendly and they keep calm when very busy. Please keep up the good work and I tell my friends to support British businesses.
