Asked for a strawberry milk shake the syrupy had run out it tasted like vanilla ice cream when I said this to her she said that’s as good as it gets have something else, the service was always quite good years ago but going down hill fast, just needs a manager behind the bar, restaurant staff are good just to show it’s not a disgruntled customer

New menu
I’m not a fan of the new menu You’ve got rid of my grilled chicken burger now I have to have a fried chicken burger and The chicken fingers have gone as well from the menu Not pleased at all

Had the wings offer. Only got 4 bits of wings in 1.5 hours. Everything slow. Even the bill payment took ages. TGI Fridays never seems to impress.

90 mins Bottomless wings
Went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The service was really slow. We didn’t get value for our money. Had to wait 25 in between the servings. Our fries were cold while we waited for the next round.

Shocking prices
When visiting TGIs tonight, the staff were lovely but how TGIs can charge £20 for the smallest chicken burger and chips is shocking. Would definitely never return to any TGIs again as it’s a complete rip off establishment and the company should be ashamed of themselves!
Brilliant service
We had a lovely time for our daughters 11th birthday. Jessica was our waitress and looked after us! Super friendly and food was spot on!

Disappointed birthday/Mother’s Day
I don’t know where to start waited 15 minutes for drinks order to be taken then a further 15 for drinks to turn up Finally ordered our food one of the steaks was cold was told they would reheat it was microwaved come back steaming and tough totally run out of lager completely then tried to give me a alcohol free beer then when I pointed this out gave me some gluten free rubbish tasted disgusting should not even serve that The price of the food compared to what you get is ridiculous The place could do with a good clean as well especially the toilet don’t hold onto the handrail up the stairs you’ll get stuck AVOID THIS PLACE WASTE OF MONEY
