Many functions cannot work
You can’t refer a friend. It doesn’t work. You can’t load your card. It doesn’t work. The stamps are missing. You can’t find the price for the menu. It doesn’t show. ^_^”
Engagement
Why do staff get told off for engaging with customers? A great experience only curtailed by the team members being taken aside for engaging with customers at the bar buying drinks. A little worrying, I get it is a restaurant but also has a bar to purchase drinks is after meal!

Chips - there a sad excuse!!!
Steak is rightly the star of the plate but, chips play an important supporting role; “ steak & chips “. I like chips to hot & crispy. Sadly the quality of chips you serve up are consistently below standard in my opinion. They let down the steak..
Great meal took ages to arrive
We arrived at 7.30 pm and was shown straight to our table which was great , we ordered quite quickly but the food didn’t arrive until 9.15 pm so one and a half hours waiting , think it must be all the take away orders that are putting extra pressure on the kitchen which is making the dining area much slower as it was never like that before , I know it’s busy and I get that but it was never like that before

Food excellent as expected, table staff very good only negative we were asked to wait and then forgotten about. It was very busy. If I want steak M&C is my go to.
Tomahawk Pork
This was the third visit that I was not able to get the Tomahawk pork so very disappointing!

Excellent and caring waitress as usual, we always ask for her. Food excellent also never fails
Salty
Went to Resort World today very disappointed mushrooms were salty and greasy and the beef dripping sauce was no way the beef dripping sauce I’ve been having for the last five years. To add insult to injury I was told I probably got the sauce wrong, hello I have the same thing all the time. Time to return to Sutton especially as I saw one of the waiter’s picking his nose.
