Terrible unresponsive and slow
Decent rewards but the app itself is functional 10% of the time. Cannot even sign in anymore

Once you sign out of subway app you cannot sign back in because it will always say we are having trouble signing you in
Why bother
Why does my wallet pass even have need to have an expiry date, thereby forcing me to create a new one? Why does it take an age to receive the verification code via email to just to log back in? And above all I ask myself why I’m still putting THIS much effort into Subway in 2026

I don’t know if anyone else has this issue but every time I access the app it’s logged me out which is frustrating as hell I cba

THIS APP IS NOT GENUINE! ORDERED FOOD FOR COLLECTION, GOT THERE AND IT WASNT ON THE SYSTEM I CHECKED MY BANK AND IT SAYS TRANSACTION FROM CHINA, THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY EVERY WEEK AND I AM UNABLE TO BLOCK THE TRANSACTION FROM MY MONILE APP SO THEY WILL JUST LKEEP TAKING MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT

Okay, could be better!
Works okay but could be better. 1. I didn’t find a way to use a reward when ordering in-store, so my reward expired unused (I don’t use Subway that often). 2. When ordering for collection, you can’t add notes, e.g. “Only 1 scoop of tuna please, not 2”. 3. You can’t opt out of the 20p takeaway bag when ordering on the app. I want to eat in, I don’t need this bag. It’s a waste or resources, and of my 20p!

Full of bugs
This app literally never works. Always there’s some kind of issue.
Technical redesign of the app is poor
It signs you out every time you close it. One of the benefits of mobile apps and modern smartphone security is that even with banking & finance apps, you don’t have to fully sign in with username, password and 2FA code every time you open it. In places with poor mobile signal this will be a nightmare. The Apple wallet version of the loyalty card also isn’t scanning properly in stores.

QR code won’t appear
If I could I’d give it 0 stars for this app. Major issues when trying to collect rewards via qr feature. It’s almost like it’s deliberate. I’ve tried signing in again , refreshing app at App Store, etc. nothing!! Rubbish. Food is nice though
Scamming you out of money for deliveries
So we all know that subway offers points to save points that can be exchanged for food. Well this only works if you pick it up but as soon as you try and order for delivery through subways app they will try to direct you to a 3rd party like just eat, uber eats or deliveroo. Now as soon as you use them 3rd party apps you can no longer use your subway points to knock off any money. Therefore one we are all getting scammed out of money and points as you don’t earn points through a 3rd party. Now for some people they can go out and get their food without any issues. But what about people that struggle to get out the house due to being disabled or having severe mental health issues! They can’t get out of the house to get the food!! So with that you are now restricting disabled people from saving money with your points system. This is a target attack on disabled people!! You are making disabled and vulnerable people feel like they are being left out because companies like this using 3rd parties to cut corners and save themselves money. If you want to save money scrap the points system as it is only one sided!!!!!

Can’t log in and my card has disappeared from my apple wallet so i have lost all my points

App works ok, what is very disappointing is that on Deliveroo and other platforms you get meal deals and special offers but on the subway app you do not benefit from such thing. It works out cheaper to use other platforms to place a order
Lost everything
Was forced to re-register my account via the sign in with apple button. Tried several times to avoid this but got nowhere. Eventually gave in and lost all my points for the year. Tried customer support but the chatbot didn’t get me anywhere. Still unresolved
Rewards missing
Hi having had an issue with the app and contacting the customer service I eventually got them the details they wanted They came back and said sign in to the new app your points will be there ….., nothing so more time and effort chasing something that does not appear to be working new store opening 2 mins from me looks like I will be giving the store a miss unless they sort these points Very poor all I ask is something simple like sorry my account out 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
DONT ORDER CLICK & COLLECT
Me and my friend just used the app separately to order click and collect, payment taken, but neither of us received an order confirmation, just stuck on a loading screen forever. After reloading the app, no order showing in order history, but showing in my bank as payment taken. I expected more from a good chain as large as this. What a scam and a fatal bug on the app.

Constantly logging me out and will not accept the email code to sign back in after trying numerous times and several different codes the problem still doesn’t get resolved

Can’t earn rewards
Hello The app goes in a loop to sign in and then even after that, you still can’t load your rewards or scan the barcode to get new ones. How am I supposed to be a member when the app that stores and tracks them is full of bugs . Please fix asap.
Unable to create account
After email address the screen goes dark, looks like theres a tab at the bottom but I cant pull it up without minimising the app. Iphone 13 pro max, iOS 18.1.1 (22B91)
