Pointless rewards scheme
The whole point of a rewards scheme is to give you an incentive to order the food, but when there is literally no rewards after consistently using it for months then I see no point in it. The only thing there is, is a sloppy game with a painfully long animation that might give you a small chance of winning a chicken wing! Do better kfc, your app is awful.

Very disappointed with the tenders. Well done is an under statement. Spent £28.99 and all 14 pieces were the same. Rest of order great. It’s not good when you feel you need to check pickup order before leaving the store. Won’t be ordering for a while.
KFC timing
App works well but would benefit from an ability to choose a pick up time. What’s the point in being able to order remotely if you then have to wait around for the restaurant to start cooking your order when you get there (might as well not bother with the app)

App kept Crushing when trying to pay and then when it did work and I collect form KFC it doesn’t really do anything still have to wait 45 mos for food, just don’t waste your time

Got bargain bucket today and gravy, unfortunately the gravy was not to usual standards which we ended up leaving. The gravy was very thin and tasteless, this is the first time I have had to complain but was very disappointed

This is the 5th time they have got my order wrong I don’t know how it is physically possible to get it wrong after clarifying it with me twice. Also waited 10 min at the order window and no one was taking orders and there was no notice to say otherwise. Staff were also rude to me for asking about the order window mentioned previously.
Fantastic except the fries
I love kfc, but the fries should have an option to not have seasoning in the app. They are terrible, i seem to not be the only person that doesn’t like them. All my family (2 adults 3 kids) love the chicken is so nice but god, non of us can handle the fries. And believe me, we rare complain about food.
Used to be a good app
The free chicken was nice however they have recently made it mandatory to share your location in order to get rewards, the fact that they have made it mandatory brings into question why they are so desperate to know where you are at all times.
Glitchy
It’s a great little app… when it works! When it works it’s a brilliant process. Order and pay for the foods then when near the restaurant press the button to start the kitchen cooking the order so it’s pretty much ready when you arrive and it’s fresh. A lot of times though it’s glitchy so some catastrophe happens at the end of the process. For example, most recent experience is I couldn’t pay on the app therefore I had to go to the restaurant to order. Just annoying as you spend a few minutes trying to pay but have to give up eventually which is a waste of time.

I am trying to order and it doesn’t acknowledge my address and says “not found”. Please be more precise and use location to help order address.

The app is not working. It’s not updating stamps even though you ordered through the app and if you add the receipt manually it’s not updating. The offers are not updating as well. What’s happening?

Password policy
Absolutely horrible password policy and constantly having to resign in. Locked out for 10 minutes when trying to make an order, gave up and ordered from McDonalds

More updates than online banking apps
The app is constantly asking for updates. More regularly than my online banking apps. And it usually asks right when you’re about to order at the terminal. So always an inconvenience.

i ordered the 60 pcs popcorn chicken deal for £5.99 and added 4 peices of original recipe chicken to that for £4 best kfc deal iv ever had. however they overcharge for kfc chicken when delivered xxx
