Best burger love it
Coupons don’t work anywhere
Delivery coupons are fake. I travel up and down the country and not found 1 place they work. Half the Burger Kings don’t accept the instore coupon. Giving your data away for nothing

Amazing testy
Annoying
Forces you to use an email verification code to log in instead of just using your password
App should allow me to use more offers at same time
When ordering through app it’s not always great
Great vegetarian/vegan options
We love the vegan royale or vegan whopper. Such generous portions and delicious!

Review of staff and food
Juanita treated me nicely and my food was nicely prepared. Great customer service
Bad App, no sugar drink option
The app doesn’t work. I tried for 10 minutes to use it and it couldn’t figure out where I was let alone anything else. There was no option for a sugar drink or juice even which wasn’t great for a family that have bodily aversions to aspartame. Food is great though.
Absolutely brilliant
The athlete easy to use and work quite well
Burger king tottenham hale
I ordered online at 7:38, it's 21:22 and it still hasn't arrived, I've been waiting for about 2 hours, this service is very bad, I won't buy products from here again
Awesome
Great burgers as always
The BK Lounge is life
Get in my face, whopper my Royale and bacon double my people
Unavailable items
Items heavily advertised yet not available to order….. It’s a bit like bullseye. This is what you could have won
Good
Lovely food and veggie options but hugely expensive!
Mr Sankey

Last time I ordered, kiosk didn’t work, manager wasn’t helpful, an ended up with the wrong food 😞
Great service
Great service
Doesnt work
Wasted 45 mins of my life trying to pre order a meal for the family while driving down the motorway and take advantage of the apps discounts but after trying to complete the order 5 times gave up and preordered a McDonald’s instead which worked first time and ended up cheaper. Disappointing to say the least
Texan Bbq
Like at home in Texas Love Europe
Offers only 1 per order
For this I use and visit less. The offers are not compelling if can’t stack them. I’d visit and spend more if I could. Also, what the Melt range is disgusting. I can’t eat anything from king savers menu now as all have fake cheese sauce that get on cheap hot dogs. Time to abandon BK! Shame.. they was great before Apps
DO DENTE
I love it so much
Poor app - so so good
I actually like a burger every now and then , I accessed the app via the blue light card which says it applies your discount, but doesn’t work - and when you realise you’ve paid full price for what seemingly more often than not appears to be mediocre warmish food it leaves a bit of a bad feeling, why when maccis is obviously not as good does someone at Burger King take the reins and make sure their food is always hot and fresh - and makes it worth a visit , it’s a shame this company will end up like TGi Friday and Frankie and bennies , lagging well behind everyone else. Shame on you Burger King management.
Dr
Very tasty
Useless app
Mobile ordering has not been available at my nearest store for over a month now, and the offers available in-app are never for any vegetarian options anyway, & I don’t eat meat. At this stage the app is basically just useless advertising. Uninstalling.
A much needed app
With the cost of living crisis the app makes Burger King a lot cheaper and worth it.
POINTLESS
Online ordering is never available. What’s the point in having an app with a point system if you can never order through the app.
