The chicken is very good and efficient- remember to download the app- you get a lot of points, such as 100 points per £1 you spend. Also a good recommendation for me is the ranch tweak which is only £2.99, cheap fast and sufficient if you are in a hurry or not it is still. sufficient.
Breach of sales contracts
1. I refer to your Terms and Conditions, specifically to the section of "Spinnin’ & Winnin’ Promotion Terms & Conditions”. A PDF copy of the same Terms and Conditions is attached for the record. 2. I also refer to my orders placed using the account associated with this email address, on your app dated 10 September (£13.12; Order 5137), 14 September (£12.99; Order 5064) and 16 September 2026 (£5.74; Order 5493), placed under the Terms and Conditions as attached. 3. The Terms and Conditions stated “[p]articipants who place orders exclusively through the Popeyes UK app will automatically be able to enter the Promotion through the Spinnin'& Winnin’ page”. However, despite the fact that the above mentioned three orders have met the spending threshold in order to enter into the Spinnin’ & Winnin’ promotion (the “Promotion”), no entry into the promotion was granted. 4. This amounts to the breach of Contract. 5. For the avoidance of doubt, I note that it was stated that Popeyes UK also reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or temporarily suspend this Promotion "due to unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons beyond its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties”. This is a qualified right for you to cancel or suspend the Promotion rather than an unqualified one. It is clear that there has been unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons which are at the same time beyond your reasonable control for the suspension of the Promotion since 10 September.

I downloaded to get free 2000 points and got them but then after I tried to redeem it on app instead of at kiosk I went out of the rewards thing and cancelled the order so I could do it at kiosk and lost my 2000 points so I couldn’t get anything ruined my weekend

Rewards offer could not be redeemed and took off 1500 points and I did not get my food! The staff at Dartford said it was an IT issue and couldn’t do anything. Very disappointing indeed

Rigged the “free” offers don’t even exist there’s absolutely no cart in the app to even get to it either and it’ll just say “you’re store currently doesn’t have this offer” or some bs and you’d have to pay for shipping anyways which is £3.99 so there’s no such thing as “free” obviously you’re not going to get food for free everyone’s money hungry

Tried to order a breakfast special - selected restaurant and it said ‘something went wrong’. You can’t even contact them through the app to report it. 1 hour later a countdown timer appears on the offer! What a hopeless app and Popeyes should be ashamed!

Oh dear, another brand reducing their rewards system. Gone from what was a great customer loyalty scheme, to one which takes forever to earn anything. Doesn’t promote purchases in the same way unfortunately

New Rewards system is awful
The new Popeyes rewards system which was introduced today is so much worse than the old spin to win prizes, where I could regularly chain 25% offs making my regular visits very affordable, which was welcome given how expensive most things are nowadays The new system is far worse by comparison, you’d have to spend £50 for a free sandwich, which at that point is barely even a deal compared to everything that has been offered previously, it’s even worse if the points expire after a certain period of time

Used this 3 times now and every time has been awful. Today I ordered from home with the intention of collecting upon arrival. I’m asked to enter a bay number where my car is parked but I can’t meter that until I get to the restaurant, meaning the food would never be near ready. By the time I got to the restaurant with the hope of entering my bay number, the app wiped my order completely and I had to re order everything from scratch. Then it would accept my order again and I had to start all over again third time. The app is awful and it takes far too long for food to actually arrive.
