Why is my location being tracked
Why is the app requesting my location after the order has been complete! And draining my battery whilst it’s at it.
App crashed
I placed an order today for pickup, when I clicked review and pay the app crashed and said try later, after refreshing the app over 13000 points had gone which and no history of my order, yet I received a confirmation email to say order confirmed, I headed down to the store for them to not have my order or able to trace it of there own personal MD number, waste of time and just mainly another reason I don’t use the app anymore as there is always issues with ordering and delivery
Apple Pay gets you better
Come on could we get this be used via apple pay so no fuzz every time struggling to load the app or require an update

Don’t trust anything you order on this app. They will short deliver, get items wrong and do nothing about it.
Extreme lag
the app concept and offers is good but you need the patient of a saint to use it! it bombards you with popups before you can even order which defeats the point of “fast food” it lags with every click, keeps logging me out every time i use it. really needs improvement!

Lost all of my points
Had an account for years and had loads of points. Suddenly the app wouldn’t work than it wanted you to enter your account details. When it eventually did work I’d lost all of my old points. I did ask several members of staff at different locations who just said there had been a problem. Very disappointing after using for years.
Keep improving
I’m loving the points, they really help when tight on the pennies and hungry. Please don’t get rid of that or I won’t use it any more.
Not working
The app keeps freezing on a sort of blank screen. I have to hard close it and try an alternative route to place an order. It used to work perfectly, I’ve no idea why it’s so terrible now.
Nice app but let down with long waits too many times.
The app is a great idea, but the ordering experience needs some serious work. I placed an order through the app expecting it to make things quicker and more convenient. Instead, I was left waiting around 25 minutes for my food while watching the drive-through orders being processed and served much faster. If app orders are going to take significantly longer than ordering at the drive-through or counter, it rather defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The app should give customers a reasonable indication of when their order will actually be ready, rather than leaving them waiting with no clear idea what’s happening. I like the convenience of ordering through the app, but the service needs to match what the app promises.

The app is very good and we get good offers just sometimes the app crashes to be honest it crashes a lot but other than thays great app Since app update crashes every time after the reload it 10 times sign in sign out please fix it was working absolutely brilliant now it’s rubbish
Lots of Location Issues
Since last update, there seems to be lots of problems with the location part of the App. App is slow to open & load - overly focused on pushing offers in front of you….. Order Now or Later - neither opens quickly & often causes the App to crash. Once you get in, you still need to click on “Order” which then hangs, freezes & crashes the App. Even when sitting in or just outside a McDonalds, it can take several Minutes to open up with the Map & choose a restaurant screen. (This used to work quickly). After ordering & collecting your food, closing the order & App - McDonalds App is still using your location - and refuses to close this for over an hour. Why? Force close the App, Switch to airplane mode - still using your location? . You manually need to go in Settings Menu & Change the location permission to “Never” to get the App to stop actively using your location……Why??
Worst app I’ve ever used
Frequent crashes. Constant issues. Ordering requires you to press delivery about 5 times to go to the place it always goes to. So inconvenient that I end up just getting something else. And this time I’ve ordered and it’s given me points, taken money out of my account, but can’t see the tracking so I have no clue if it’s even coming. Amazing. Wish I could rate it lower.

It’s incredible how the world’s richest fast food company has the worst app. It’s buggy, slow and often just freezes. Sometimes I’ll turn up to collect the food and find out that a price has changed or something’s gone out of stock in the 5 mins it took me to get there, so I have to order again. It hasn’t improved in the last 2 years.
