Best costa in York
York parliament street costa is brilliant ! Great team and always consistent , clean tidy site
Machine broken!
Failed to work after using the app
Costumer service
Costa has always been a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while you’re reading, studying or simply having a chill time, but some of the times the when they prepare the coffee they burn the milk so bad that you can’t enjoy the coffee at all, and it’s all down to the barista! So I will say Costa coffee is amazing only if the barista knows how to prepare a great cappuccino without burning the milk
App not working
App keeps not working. Just says “Oops! something went wrong”
Drinks
I find your items rather on the expensive side being a senior 😢
Mr Costa
Excellent coffee
Registration for new Costa Club never completes
I tried registering via the app 5 times, using two networks and two different emails - and each time it showed an endless in-progress animation for several minutes and never completed.

Respectfully I'm not gonna disable my VPN for a coffee app. (App doesn't work if using a VPN set to another country)

Great coffee, great staff.
Always a great experience at Costa in Sevenoaks Tesco. Today was no different than my many visits over the years. Excellent coffee, quick and friendly service, and a genuinely welcoming team who are always helpful and cheerful. A real credit to Costa. Consistently good and very well run

App needs to be fixed
I love the shop but cannot use the app at all. Not even log in because of this I stop going as I cannot enjoy the advantages the loyalty card can give me.
