Take is Shocking
Take away option is so bad, doesn’t link, kicks you out. I’d gladly eat elsewhere to not use the app.
Visit to Maidstone Zizzi’s
I go to Zizzis Maidstone a lot. Booked a table for our anniversary on 17 May 2026. The restaurant was reasonably busy but service was ok! No pasta crisps! Everything was as it should be, but the bloke in charge (dressed in black) was a bit prickly! The other chap was much more helpful and our waitress (should have asked her name!) was brilliant. No hot chocolate!
Frustrated
Sometimes really hard to log in
Access
To get into the app is fiddly & frustrating. Not quick or simple.
Food and Staff
The food is delicious and whenever we go the service is fantastic!
Zillionaire number
The app Often doesn’t recognise the zillionaire number (even though it’s already there in the app) so doesn’t apply the 25% discount on click and collect orders. That’s a lost order 3 times for us 🤷♂️
Top Service
Although they were very busy, Zizzi produced a first rate performance from excellent food, to superb personal who were on hand to enhance our meal, thank you guys. Thank you Ollie.
Can’t use the app
Logging in states my account doesn’t exist. Creating a new account states my email is already in use. Can use the app
As always
Lovely last minute visit today - sat outside and soaked up the sun sea and succulent foods x
Poor service
Still cannot get in the app. Replied to emailed response about it but no one has come back me after a few months. Same issue as others app gets stuck and can’t proceed.
Great Offers
Love it here for early dinner. Great food and offers 👌
Dreadful cold food
Avoid. Not good. But nice staff.
Excellent Service
We had a lovely meal at Zizzi. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!
Basics don’t even work
Try to login, account with this email doesn’t exist. Create account account with this email already exists. Even sends reset password link but then says account doesn’t exist when try to reset it. Come on, this is basic stuff. Can’t even use the app.
Excellent all round in every way
Highly recommend
Signing in is a PITA
A real PITA to sign in if you need to change your password. Doesn’t accept Apple suggested passwords even when they meet the criteria.
Hornchurch
Our favourite always
Doesn’t worth it
They give you vouchers with lots of terms and conditions and doesn’t even let you use it on some days. Useless app and vouchers!
A great club
Awesome app a big 30% bonus from the start. Lovely food and people.
Useless reward programme
They say that you would get 50 Z points when your friend visit Zizzi but they did not give mine. My friend visited after my referral, however, I didn’t get any points. Zizzi is very expensive as well and wouldn’t worth it. They don’t also allowed to use vouchers on bank holidays. Then why would you give vouchers? Even the birthday one we couldn’t use it and end up paying high price. Wouldn’t visit again.
Good food &amazing service
Food was very tasty and Karim was extremely polite and courteous
Password reset broken/rubbish
If I could give it zero. The whole validation of password is broken.you follow guidance or use a password generator it doesn’t accept what you put in. I have never been able to reset my password
