Brilliant service from the food is bang on the button wernley
Meal
The reward is a waste of time went to redeem my 20% too be told expired but it doesn’t give expiry date
Accessibility
Overall the app is fairly simple to use however there are parts where they need to improve accessibility for VoiceOver and visually impaired people.
Not so great today!
Fish was over cooked and think it had been reheated judging by how dark the batter was. Chips looked cooked but were hard. Prawns were good but not sizzling and the fries that came with them were not fresh. They were just warm and tasted as though they had been sitting around for some time. Asked for them to be changed but the second lot were just as bad. Worst lunch I’ve had in 5 years of visiting
Service
Atmosphere was great with service was very poor, not enough staff
Sizzling food
The best pub grub with a warm atmosphere
Mr edwardo
Great place for a beer and something to eat after work However the young man with the leavers25 jumper on is absolutely rude beyond belief he has no manners not a a thank you or a please will not be returning
Unattractive
Application seems….. dead or empty, I wondered if it was the real app , although easy to use , it’s lacking roundness and colour that is so often used in apps
Disappointed
Would not accept the blue light card, had to have the app for a barcode. Couldn’t sign in to the BL app so no discount.

Dreadful food and awful service. Bring back the original members of a great team. The actual manager , and not that uninterested acting one tonight. My local and I do try to support it but not with tonight’s attitude !

Such a shame since my last review of 5 stars it has gone down hill so much. The staff were not wearing uniforms so difficult to figure between staff and customers.i asked the lady behind the bar if a particular bottle of wine was Italian she just said “I don’t know” I had to tell her to look on the back label she then had no idea where to look !!!!!!! And food, well I will leave that to your imagination 🤢
