Bad service & experience
Charges are very high not even given the loan amount before only they will cut the amount credit to your account and for 1 day delay there follow ups and calls are even more bad.

High Charges for One-Day Late Payment & Poor Customer Support
strongly recommend people to think twice before taking a loan from Fibe. I took a loan from Fibe, and due to an auto-debit failure, I was charged ₹500. Even though the payment was delayed by only one day, another ₹500 late payment charge was imposed. These charges are extremely high for such a short delay. I also tried contacting customer care for clarification, but unfortunately, my calls were not answered. This has been a very disappointing experience. Customers should be clearly informed about such charges, and customer support should be available when customers need assistance. Please think carefully before taking a loan from Fibe.

Fraud Team !! STAY AWAY!!!
Please stay away from fibe/early salary team. They have the worst customer service team. They only know how to offer loan. They have lien marked my mutual fund holdings against credit line.Upon paying off all the dues, they are neither letting me close the credit line availed against my mutual fund nor allowing me to UNLIEN my mutual fund holdings. Wrote several mails and spoke with useless customer support team. No solution…Now i have no option but to evaluate legal action. Already filed a complaint in the consumer court. Police complaint to follow soon. PLEASE DONT FALL FOR FIBE !!
