Worst experience i have had today not able pay amount in the app not getting proper customer care support tomorrow is the due date for 0% intrest bill payment but app is not allowed to make a payment did every possible thing still not working

⚠️ Mark my words: Think very carefully before taking a loan from Chinmayi. If you miss payments and cheques bounce, you may face legal proceedings, which can create serious stress and potentially affect your professional life and career prospects. My personal experience has been extremely difficult. I strongly recommend understanding the consequences of default, cheque bounce proceedings, and recovery practices before taking a loan. Don’t borrow unless you are completely confident you can repay it.

I am unable to receive opt to log in from my registered number for the last 4 days, whereas i am getting otp from same app to different numbers. I have to make payment and today is my last date for it. And the app doesnt have any number to talk to anyone from the support team. Just raise the issue via email and if u call it says that i will be called back aftet 24 hours. This is insane and fraud from the app just to convert my monthly loan into EMIs

Ekdam bekar ki service hai customer care ka number hai par ka hi lagata nahi hai app mai number hai par wrong wrong bol raha hai inka kohi problem huva to kohi solve karne wala nahi hai customer care nahi hai inka mera ek loan ka 2 bar payment kiya hai refund nahi mila abhi tak
