I have paid the all dues and now they cutting my amt 590 because of not done by autopay and also I have paid the due on the the date but it is not debited like autopay but they are taken that charges also

I took a loan from this app twice and made both payments on time without any issues. However, later I was not eligible to get another loan from the app, even though I had a good repayment history.

Don’t fall in the trap, sort legal ways if you they are intimidating via email, calls etc. I am a media house professional who was intimidated via email just now. If a borrower is informing responsibly, least they can do as a credit firm is be humble, they sort to intimidation. Stay away.
