Pathetic loan app
I am a first time user of this app and in the very first attempt itself I received a pathetic response. I applied for a loan and it still did not processed my application and is still in progress for the last 3 days. Pathetic app

Delay in loan credit
Loan was approved on August 4, but as of August 7, the amount has still not been credited to my account. The app provides no clear explanation or timely update regarding the delay. This has been a very frustrating experience, and the service is extremely disappointing. I expected the approved loan to be disbursed promptly, but the delay and lack of communication have been unacceptable.
