Unnecessary Pressure and No flexibility for repayment
Very disappointing experience.They dont seems willing to give customers reasonable time when a repayment is delayed. I understand that payment should be made on time and that late fees may apply,but sometimes genuinely delays happen. Instead of allowing some time or simply charging the application late fees,they keep giving warnings that if the payment is not made by a specific time, they will report it to the bureau or higher department .this creates unnecessary pressure .They cannot trust their customers enough to give them reasonable time to repay then they should not give loan in the first place
