Kindly dont take loan from this finance . If we ready to pay Emi also emi will not auto deduct. And application also not supportive to pay emi . Our cibil score will come down because of this worst finance .

Worst app and staff behaviour !
I had an active car loan from Piramal Finance but when in between I went for foreclosur they charged approx 5-6% and added other amounts as well. Problems which I faced : 1. No NEFT/IMPS option, closure payments will be done via cheques or DD 2. Staff is pathetic, they do not guide you properly. 3. Foreclosure charges are at higher side 4. TAT is for 14 Days ! Bruh Sbi, PNB and even small govt banks are doing better, they release NOC within 48-72hrs. 5. I asked for foreclosure letter, they handed over me the letter and mentioned from tomorrow onwards there will be a compounding fees. 48/- Per day. Overall I’ll rate this bank 2/5 prefer Bajaj Finserv / AU bank for second hand cars and for new go with govt banks

No option to close the loan, which is worse part of the APP. It may be purposely not added , as to hang the customer for long time on Interest Tree

They have conveniently designed it so that it doesn’t work outside of the country and no pre closure or part payment option neither on their website nor on the app. MOST USELESS !!!!!

Jab man kiya koi charge laga diya fir hatuana ka liya kitna bhi call kro bolta h sistem m option hi nhi h hamara hath m nhi h or na bharo to uska upper or charge In my case mari emi 5 of every month auto Dabit hoti thi is bar mana 5 ko subha 7:30 am p application open ki to uha option tha upi ka to mna aaj hi ki kist thi to upi kr diya uska upper inhona 750 charge laga diya or bharna pada mujha
