No response from the team
I applied for a loan yesterday, and within about an hour, I received a call from an executive who assured me that the loan amount would be credited to my account within 1–2 hours. However, it has now been almost 24 hours, and I still haven’t received the amount or any proper update. I have tried contacting customer support through email, but I haven’t received any response. I have also called multiple times, but the line is either busy or I’m unable to get any proper assistance from the team. If the loan is still under processing, there should at least be clear communication and an update regarding the status. The lack of customer support and transparency is extremely frustrating. I hope the team addresses this issue and provides a proper resolution soon.

No financial assistance
I have been using Zype since a very long time and this month, I was not able to make the payment because I lost my job, there was a medical emergency and I also sent my documents to the Zype customer support team Asking them to extend my EMI period. Why do you guys not have any financial assistance to provide? It’s very inconvenient that you either want the customer to pay on the spot or you harass each and every day, so many calls, so many messages in a day. Some people even told me that they are going to come to my house, can you not wait for two days? It’s already the end of the month. It’s very inconvenient when in trouble. Provide payment plans or other options. Not giving any option is basically just harassment.

App is good but maine 4 October ko payment kar diya tha fir bhi 5 October ko auto debit ho gaye paise or customer support se bhi koi response nai mil raha hai… please solve my issue as soon as.

I took loan from this app and decided to force close in the same day . But they didn’t responded over calls and mails which I sent multiple time . I am really disappointed by taking loan from this APP

Zype ka experience mere liye kaafi achha raha. Process simple aur easy to understand hai, aur payment/loan related information bhi clearly milti hai. Customer support ne bhi meri query ko properly handle kiya. Overall service convenient lagi. 👍
Why you guys need developers option to turn off?
This is ridiculous being a developer I need to test my apps and now all out of sudden zype doesn't allow to keep it on. I'm uninstalling zype right now.

Late disbursement
I had got loan sanctioned and agreement signed not received amount as promised to get credited in 24 hrs and it is been more than 4 days, I have been receiving the same standard response repeatedly for. Support contact, stating that the issue is being worked on, but I have not received any clear update regarding the actual disbursement of my sanctioned loan. As per the loan agreement, the EMI due date is approaching, yet the loan amount has still not been credited to my account. I have also not been provided with any definite ETA for resolving the technical issue and completing the disbursement. This continued delay and lack of a clear timeline is highly unprofessional and causing unnecessary inconvenience.
