Account suspended
People who do ride share everyday they report others accounts intentionally so that only there add show on popa ride and the popa ride app suspend account for permanent . Not good thing mine account suspended pemanently without any warning even they said decision is permanent.

It’s a very helpful app.. Though not sure why they removed messaging before booking. It makes it more difficult to book a ride as you cannot express your requirements or ask questions before booking
App is getting useless day by day!
You removed the option to invite passengers for a ride, which makes it impossible to contact people who have requested it. Please bring back the invite feature, or remove the trip request option altogether because it’s no longer useful. I can see multiple ride requests, but I have no way to reach out to those passengers.
Nice app but expensive fees
The idea is really nice but since it’s now scaled up, the processing fees need to go down to 4 dollars max

Banned me for stupid reason
Two people requested a ride at 12:30 a.m., but the ride was canceled by itself the next morning because it had been over four hours since the request. As a result, I was permanently banned from the app. This was the most ridiculous reason for the ban, and I won’t be using the app again.

SMS code not being sent 😡
I can’t book a trip because the SMS code that I’m supposed to receive (after multiple attempts) is not being sent to my phone therefore, I can’t book any trips.
My disappointment
Poparide used to be nice but it’s so sad that lately I have been scammed they have a lot of scammers now be care when booking your ride

New license verification update is worst
They made it worse. Not able to use app now due to recent update. Was using app from last few years fine but now it’s not letting me.
No supervision
My driver left me just because of 13 minutes delay! He refused to wait, he refused to refund. There is no option in app to follow up such situations!! On the other hand, in another trip the driver delayed about 1 hour!! There is not any supervision at their service quality

Trip to airport
My first experience with Poparide was fantastic, especially the earliest trip that allowed me to catch my flight in morning.
Not able to rate driver
The trip was horrible and a safety concern. After the trip the driver blocked me and I wasn’t able to leave a review within 4 days window.
Overall good experience
Getting notification for some rides in mail but not in application Overall application is very comfortable in use and best with the options given But driver’s are not replying soon

Some people here cancel their ride that’s why passengers harass with that

Worst app full of loop holes
This is worst app where ethics are not followed and violate the laws using loopholes. This rideshare app supposed to use for personal use but they allow riders to post every day rides which from Montreal to Toronto(~500km) back and forth and these riders makes ton of money and avoid paying tax as per the law income is not considered as taxable. They know this but they won’t stop because they loose money.
