Terrible
How can u be charging more than uber and lyft and still be worse than both can barley ever find a driver and when I do it says 20+ min wait just for the driver to have bad customer service nine times out of ten definitely not the choice if you have somewhere to be fast
Good price
Good price but sometime drivers cancel the drive
Not good
this uber app can help you save money but doesnt find a driver for you then doesnt give your money back for 14-30 days. I am a student and got ripped off, ur better off using uber or lyft
sweet brother
very kind and patient:)
SUPER BAD
The car’s GPS/location tracking is terrible. It never picks me up or drops me off at the right location. The customer service is awful, and the drivers are terrible too. The only good thing is that the price is cheap, but I don’t think I should have to pay money just to receive such poor service.
You get what you pay for.
Prices can’t usually be beat on other services but the app is not reliable enough for airport transport. Between multiple drivers unable to find their way to the airport, and a pre-arranged morning trip that never found a driver, I wouldn’t recommend using Hopp for anything time sensitive. Short trips are usually okay but the cars and drivers are not of the same quality as other apps, or the drivers seem bothered that they have to take a low fare when using multiple apps.
Come to US.
Drivers are respectful. Promo code great. I’ve had issues with other two ride apps
One of the worst ride share apps on the market.
Genuinely frustrated with the service. Drivers will accept rides half an hour - forty minutes away from you, customer service is incredibly slow and inconsistent, and the AI chatbot is incredibly unhelpful. I compare prices with other apps available and CONSISTENTLY this is the most expensive. Even with discounts. This has happened so many times I’ve given up trying. I’m never using hopp again and I suggest you avoid it too.
Drivers
Drivers are unprofessional I pay for 407 and drivers reduce to use it uber app drivers ask and then do it
10/10
Very good and helpful person. World best uber travel in my entire life.
Driver cancelled my ride at the last min
I used this app for a few time but drivers always cancelled my ride at the last mins no matter how long you have been waiting. If you want to waste your time and arrive late you are highly recommended to use this app.
Not reliable
When being driven to a destination, reliability is number one. I have had two rides now I’ve had to cancel because the driver was spinning in circles and not showing up. Also the app is only a few dollars cheaper than Uber so the risk is not even worth the reward. The drivers are also typically not as good as Uber drivers. I wish I didn’t have to write this review but I hate being late more than anything. This app made me late TWICE.
Ride good
Very good
Driver was abusive - customer support didn’t offer any help
Driver was driving dangerously and almost hit 2 pedestrians twice. When asked to drive safer, he verbally abused me and asked me to get out of the car.
Fine during the day, no rides later
Works fine during the day, good luck getting a ride later in the evening when you actually need it. Almost all my attempts using the app at night failed
Drop off
It was good small journey. Driver was professional and good driver
Annoying continuous temporary aurhorizetion
The thing that bugs me the most is that your card always has to have a lot of money for this to work. Because hopp is not widely available you will have to continually seatch for a new driver and search for a new driver and search for a new driver, and the friken annoying part is that the authorization hold every time is held when it searches. So just to find a new driver over and over again 5 times for a $20 ride you for example you need to make sure you have $100. AND even so, you have to disconnect the payment or retry since the card gets blocked after all the retries. It’s beyond annoying. As much as I want to go e referrals to get the discount again, I hate seeming like I’m scamming my friends when all they keep getting is temporary payment authorizations showing up
I don’t understand what is an acceptable bike rack
Where?
Good experience
Amazing driver and safe
No driver ever come
No driver ever comes and if they accept the ride they cancel last minute and you can be waiting for literally one hour and no one will show up
not helpful customer service
my money was stolen because i was not helped at all when i was having issues. I hope i can get a refund but it’s very unfortunate.
Best driver
He is very handsome, quiet, and extremely helpful. He was professional, polite, and made the experience pleasant. I highly recommend him.
Uber wannabe with no uber service
Can’t even get a driver, so ridiculous
Not a great first ride
I decided to give these a try since I was visiting DC and I was not super impressed. First when I scanned it said it declined my card even though I paid for a subscription. Secondly it had “slow areas” which would maybe be ok but when you are following other people who do not have those it’s actually a hazard. I think there’s still kinks that need to be worked out.
Great but add some stuff
It’s a great app but if you can add where if you buy a coupon and you have minutes left but your coupon expires make it where those minutes go to the same coupon and get that with the coupon like if you have 100 minutes and have 27 minutes left and expires, you could make it where you buy another 100 minute coupon and it gives you the minutes you didn’t use back so 127 minutes! Please add this it’ll make your app better
awful, long waiting for nothing!
hate hopp! Long period of waiting to find driver! Long period of waiting for driver to arrive then long period of waiting for NOTHING! Such a waste of time and made me late for work most of the time!!
Too slow
10 mph js too slow for city driving.
Riding
Bumpy ride on side walk do not permit on the street it’s a bit better
PUT MY LIFE IN DANGER!!!
They literally have the worst drivers. With my last 3 rides 3/3 were reckless drivers, with the most recent one being the WORST! Driving late at night at 120 kmph in a residential area 50km only!!!! Genuinely was scared for my life. Even tried to stop for gas in the middle of the ride.... I reached out to CS twice and they denied me any kind of refund and compensation saying they are gonna review it. NOT USING THEM AGAIN!!!
