always error out
app does not load and always error out no matter using over wi_fi or cellular connection
“We can’t load the app”
Get an error when trying to open the app. Already tried reinstalling and restarting phone. Please fix.
App only giving locations… no car wash passes?
Boinky
Worst app ever
Worst app to use. You will be in carwash line and app will not work. So embarrassing. Always says something went well on out side.
Apple Wallet
Don’t know why but this thing has no way that I can see to add it to the Apple Wallet! What is going on? Is it that difficult or just a we don’t want too Canadian thing again?
Home page not loading
I really don’t know why the home page is not opening with iOS 14.6 beta. Pls can you send out update to fix this?
Crashes most of the time
Won’t load at the gas pump
Good, but has a few bugs...
First, it shouldn't be asking me if I want to allow the app to Find my location every time I use the app when searching for a gas station near me. Second, it would be nice if there was a button on the main screen to look for gas stations, so people like me who only want to use that part of the app can do so easier and be happier with it... :)
Card doesn’t scan
Digital card doesn’t work when scanning at the pump. I scan at the pump using the app, but my receipt always says you could have earned “x” number of points if you were a member.
Pathetic App
Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic! What a pathetic app. 90% of time it doesn’t work. We buy the car wash seasonal pass- hoping that app will work. But, it doesn’t work at all leading to waste of money, time, and unnecessary struggle.
Can not login
I am not able to login saying Please enter a valid email address -- even if it is the right email. I am able to login to the exact same account in the browser but not in the app.
So much red tape
This is just ridiculous. Can’t even log into my account. Keeps blocking me. You try to do our reset password then you need security answers to security questions like you’re signing into your bank. Then locks u out 🤦♂️
Does not load
I keep getting can’t load the app right now try latter for days now
Buggy App !!!!!
Terrible App. When I select clean my vehicle option, it doesn’t do anything and after a while I get a message saying “Something went wrong, please try later”. The worst part is this happened few times when I was at car wash, I had to exit and all the vehicle behind me had to backup. Also, it doesn’t work on mobile network if it has US IP address. Why the restriction ?
WAS good. now doesn’t even open on iPhone
this app worked fine and was useful for car washes, now the app crashes on loading screen for iPhone. i’ve tried it for multiple iPhones all the same… seems to work on android. you guys need to fix this asap
