Incorrect info!
Today (aug 30, 2026) I was looking over my recent activity & noticed that the system says i tapped onto a few buses that i was nowhere near at the time… the system has the incorrect times & places (like yesterday, it says i got on a bus at 7:39 in the morning about 20km west from where i actually got on! & today it says i got on about 5km northeast of where i got on… both days i actually got on at the EXACT SAME place i normally do! This app is definitely messed up right now! (AUG 30, 2026) Update : (Aug 31) did as developers suggested.. deleted app, turned phone off - than reinstalled app when turned phone back on - app still shows incorrect info.

Usually 3 dollars and something now I’m getting charge like 9 dollars
Sometimes glitchy but good
I find I sometimes have trouble adding money to the app. It charges my credit card, but then it can sometimes take days before it shows up in my account. That should never be the case!! Having said that, it will still debit my account correctly even though the value should be in insufficient territory given that the funds have displayed the update. That means the system knows the money is there even though the app isn’t showing it. This is basic stuff that shouldn’t happen.
Make Presto App Payment Friendly
Kindly work on including in your next update of the app, a means whereby when paying for 2 cards saved on the app one can pay for BOTH at the same time rather than entering the same card details twice and the billing address twice. Also work on reducing glitches - some times l have to repeat the laborious process 3 TIMES before it works and sometimes it still does not work, and this is very frustrating.

Creating an account requires a Canadian address. What about foreign visitors?

But in general the station workers are very helpful. My last ride from Hamilton Go to Brampton Go. The driver was very nice! Koodos to him, as he was very helpful and very friendly to the riders. It’s nice to see that they actually like their job.
Never works
Even with 4 bars of 5G+ internet nothing ever works on the app and it always says there’s network issues. Honestly just a waste of time and phone storage
Challenging
I am trying to add another presto card and it won’t let me. The one I have now for some reason I cannot use so I’m trying to get funds for it. It’s been awhile waiting for the funds. I love the auto deposit feature but I find the customer service is not user friendly. Very frustrating to get someone to help me.
Disappointed
Ever since PRESTO had this new update it’s just been very annoying to just do everything. I constantly have to sign in to PRESTO every day. She just put money on my card which shouldn’t take too long. Your old version of PRESTO was so easy quick and fast but now it’s just so many extra steps and it’s like I could never catch the bus and load PRESTO because it’s making me do several other things before I add money to my press account I’m constantly getting logged out constantly adding my PRESTO card all the time like it should be saved every time I logged in why is it not saved? This update is very disappointing and

Both rides were punctual, the drivers very good, really professionals, the vehicles were clean and comfortable. Keep up the good work!
Doesn’t show the current balance
The running balance is missing entirely from the activity history, meaning it doesn’t tell your current balance of each entry in the history.

Absolutely terrible app
The worst app I have had the misfortune of being forced to use. Loading the presto card is an act of great patience as the app constantly crashes or freezes, haven’t been able to load funds in over a week
Feels like an interrogation
When I call into customer service, they interrogate me for all my personal information… worse than my bank. This is highly insecure to have unqualified employees having access to this level of personal information. I’m going to delete my account.
Easy access to presto
I was able to acrcess presto account so I am happy. I am assuming they have inbuilded AI so it helped me to login.
Doesn't let me buy
Every month is the same thing. I can't load a transit pass for Ottawa OC Transpo. It doesn't read cards, apple pay. That happens since may 2026 or something like that. Very annoying

or restore from apple wallet :( plus the “provisions” i know are to protect security but it prevents me from ever adding any digital cards at all to my apple wallet

Took me 2 hrs to make my digital Presto Card on my iPhone, very easy to use even for a 72 year old lady. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Good job.
