Worst experience unable to capture the photo id which is required to access perks of the app

Fix your authentication
Genuinely. Who was the “genius” who though acceding by confirming a link in a email was a good idea? Different mail apps will work differently when opening the link into different browsers and not into the app. There are many variables for this to go wrong at each user device. Thank you very much for the discount but the app is now not usable. I rather have user and password for login or confirmation with access code.
Erratic notifications
After the last update, the app kept showing 2 notifications and there isn’t a way to remove the badge and to find what’s new. Also, after couple of days while opening the app a message pops up and says there’s a new update but no download happens
Great App
Amazing
Weird registration
It’s easier to get citizenship to sign up for this app. The camera works in reverse for your con trying to explain it, but they got five stars for effort.
Okay
Got me into the zoo for free as a newcomer. Not helpful for other stuff like training, job help, etc.
New PR Holder
The app takes a little time to register and verify your identity, but once that’s done, everything is easy to use. I’m excited to start using all the perks and explore everything Canoo has to offer. Great app for newcomers to Canada!
Unable to scan
If you try to scan the PR card, the camera opens up in a weird way where none of the options are visible. You must close and reopen the app to try again as there’s no other way. But after multiple retries cannot proceed scanning the back of the PR card.
Can’t click get the voucher
I’m using iOS 18.6. After scanning the QR code, I was taken to the page to claim the voucher, but the yellow button keeps sliding off the screen. Even when I scroll up, it won’t stay in place, so I can’t tap it to get the code. The staff member mentioned that she’s seen the same issue happen to other users as well.
Fil
Très impressionnant facilité d’accès à tous les centres et parc
Unstable app
Been scanning my PR card for over 15 minutes. The app keeps crashing and have to close it multiple times just to start from scratch again and again
Le kiifff 🫰🏼🥰
J’adore 😍 franchement c’est super chouette!! Merci à vous CANOO!
No registration
Always asking for registration, no further access, no support
Canada science and technology museum
Best best
Horrible!!
You try to verify via email and it keeps pushing you to the iOS Mail instead of Outlook, or Gmail or anything else you use. Can’t even verify online - absolute garbage app.
Very Nice App
The app is so easy and user friendly. The customer service is fast and professional.
Not useful and buggy
Won’t register. Has outdated events. Need to filter through many old events. App not maintained.
excellent
excellent
All crash
The app does not open in ios26.3 at all.
Great service
Awesome app, easy to use, lots of perks
Arbitrary Regulation Enforcement
This is pretty much useless. Went to 2 Ontario parks and park staff saying this app doesn’t apply there. Been asked to pay full price Day Vehicle Permit an entrance fees etc.
Customer assistance
Thank you so much for prompt assistance! Greatly appreciated!
Expensive
Too expensive, museum should be free or much more cheaper so most people can afford it. I went to many museums around the world, totally not worth it this one.
