Restore feature to park again at the same location
Recent changes have now blocked purchasing parking time at the same location after the first parking session has elapsed. There is also no functionality to contact the app developer in the app under contact us.
Convenient
Essential app but could be better- namely being able to search by map for lot numbers (I feel like it used to do that or maybe that was the Calgary parking app)
Terrible App
While it works as it should for parking, the app doesn’t allow you to see in lot info when you select it from a search. Info appears at the bottom of the screen, but it can’t be scrolled up to view it.
Triple Check For Your Payment
Today it is the second time make me a missed purchase of parking pass. Followed the steps by The app and I thought I have paid successfully. But it was not. The completion of the purchase is very unclear.
Best app on my phone
This is a game changer and so easy to use. Probably the best app on my phone. The only downside is their last step to confirm payment. It’s easy to miss it and then get dinged. If they could automate that last step, it would be great.
Scam! Free loans to Green P
Worst parking app I’ve ever used. Other apps just charge the amount to your credit card but this one requires you to load your account with a minimum of $20 even if your parking session is only a few bucks. If I load my account are you gonna pay me interest on my balance or are you just making money investing the free loans you’re getting from users?
Can’t change cell country code
Seems like a good app but I can’t seem to change the country code to get an activation text, I just get an error saying “The country list failed to load”, figured out I can pay on the website tho!

Favorites never stick. App glitches often. App fails and they give tickets

Unable to Add Payment Method
I can’t add a payment method in settings. I can only add a payment method when I’m paying, then it shows up in settings.

I have having to confirm multiple times for payment!!!! It’s costed me money now!!!
Too Many Confirmation Stages
You have to confirm at least 4 to 5 times for this to actually go through… Which causes a big problem when you feel like you’ve done the confirmation and arrive to your car and there’s a ticket there… Only to find out that there was another two confirmation stages.

Cannot verify number
Can’t get past first step to verify phone number. Keep getting an error with several different phone numbers.

Great app! Very easy to use. I would love something confirming the order when you type in location Etc.
As bad as ever
It’s impossible to emphasize enough how bad this app is. It routinely freezes when you’re trying to set up a parking session, requiring you to to start all over again, thus adding another five minutes or so to the entire process. For something that’s supposed to make parking more convenient this is a tragic fail.
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!
This app used to be great until it wasn’t. I get blank screens on location searches and I can’t add a new vehicle. This app needs a REFRESH ASAP!

So easy to sign up and use. Made parking stress free the whole time.
Fixed bottoms, no change could make
The bottoms were fixed, could not change the timing. Also full rate was 8$ but it charged 20$.
Needs Offline Support for QR Code
Overall this app is decent, but it has a critical flaw—if you open the app to scan at a gated lot, it requires signal/internet to see your QR code. This is bad when underground. The app should remember the QR code and offer to show that. Second, the confirmation screen should be worked on to make it more clear that you’re not done purchasing yet.

Extend your stay in 5 min increments without running out to the pay box and car
Overchanging
The app is unreliable. It doesn’t clearly confirm successful payments, making it easy to get charged multiple times. Customer service is also unreachable, no one answers the phone.

Garbage app
Multiple times this app has glitched out not taking my payment and I’ve received a +$70 ticket. At the very least notify me that the transaction didn’t go through.
Never go over on your time again!
The app will let you know if your time is running out so you can just add more time no matter where you are! It’s awesome! And then there is the part where you choose 15 minutes instead of being worried and paying for an or two hours. Then you get back to your car earlier than you thought and you blew $1.50. That’s annoying. And to avoid a ticket I would put in more money than I needed. Good for Toronto but bad for me. Now it’s just right!
Current version doesn’t work
Updated and now the app doesn’t even open. Just stuck on the logo.
