Easy
This app is important for those of us who have difficulty walking. It enables me to pay for parking right next to a friend’s ward at the hospital without me having to shlep to the machine which is quite a distance away. Love it.

Outdated and user-unfriendly! Easily the worst parking app. It forces a lengthy registration and strictly requires manual credit card entry—including card number, expiration date, and CVV. No Apple Pay support at all! If you don't have your physical card, you simply can't pay. Compared to China, where a quick QR scan and license plate entry finish payment in seconds, this app is dangerously primitive. 1 star.
Wonderful but…
Hangtag has been most responsive. However, when there has been need to talk to someone there is no person who answers .. it is all automated. Has AI now started to replace and threaten a great platform for the times when families and staff at a hospital need help?

The app shows address but bit the lot id #. Sometimes you dont know the address, but the lot always displays a lot number. This app sucks

Different prices between meter $3.50 per hour and hang tag app at $3.00 per hour, which includes a convenience fee??? What is the convenience? Just a way to take more money.

But don’t love the convenience fee and the high charge it’s expensive for parking but the app works great

Apparently the only way to adjust parking is to chat but chat doesn’t work.

Well, I do find it easy to use the app to pay for my parking, I really don’t like the fact that I’m being forced to pay a one dollar convenience fee. The app itself is making it convenient, the fact that I have to pay extra dollar to park is ridiculous. I actually also prefer paying at the lot. I do know people that do not have a smart phone, so what option do they have if they need to park? I understand this was put in place during Covid when people were having no contact with each other, but we’re way past Covid. Hire some people, actually let us pay to park, and provide some jobs.

The interface is atrocious, and additionally it’s so rare that the payment successfully goes through. I’ve gotten three parking tickets directly related to the app being poor where as I’ve never had the same problem through apps such as zipby, pay by phone etc.
App needs to add detail
In large parking lots, you can’t tell if you have selected the correct lot. App needs to add ability to search by lot number. I’ve moved my car to other vendor lots because the map was unclear. Otherwise, payment is very easy.

This app isn’t great. When there is an event it wants to charge extra but yet at the machine you don’t have to pay the extra fee. Also they charge &1 every time you use it. For that money they could improve it if the y wanted to

Parking lots eats up Wifi signal. So app that needs wifi works poorly. Improve wifi at the lot. We have been ticketed for seeking signal away from parking lot.
Buggy App - Don Not Use
The app does not work with the lot number provided, had to manually find the lot using location. Paying is a hassle, the app gets stuck once you hit “Buy Now”. I got a ticket because the app wasn’t working and they told me I should pay online if it wasn’t working. I mean sure but how am I supposed to know that?! Why even have the app advertised in the lots if you’re supposed to pay online!!

This app is does not make it easy to find a lot with lot # like the old app.

Has to be the worst parking app
Tried to use this garbage app today, it couldn’t find the parking lot I was at even when I could see it on the map and when I typed it in. Had to use the QR code and the even worse web app. Web app failed to process the pmt after I put my phone in my pocket. So now I have to pay 50 bucks. Terrible company.
Too buggy
Too many bugs. I seem to have a problem with this app every other time I use it. Not seamless at all.
Unnecessary Ticket
I was given a ticket although I made sure to keep on top of the payments. Had to call to complain. Not great, after having been in Emergency at the hospital with a sick family member.
App is just unreliable
If you have to change the credit card during a purchase after a failed transaction the app stops working. Also they seem unavailable to add credit cards via safari on Macs or iOS devices in a browser.

Yikes
Probably the worst app I’ve ever used and been scammed by. Accidentally somehow entered my license as -BC- when paying for $45 parking and it will not let me put down an actual license. Just insane. Also just doesn’t work when needing to do basically any function. Can’t even talk to their customer service team
