Passport Parking App
Fast and easy to use!!!
Can't even select a place on maps.
It's just a blank screen nothing. It can't load anything. No info nothing.
Penticton Garbage
‘Convenience’ fee of 0.20cents for already overpriced parking to cover the cost of hiring braindead city workers to hand out Parking Tickets.
Forgot passcode
I have not used this app in a while and I forgot my passcode but it won’t let me change it without putting in my CC number. Which I don’t have that CC anymore and it won’t let me change it… frustrating
Always handy with app
Where I parked does not have zone #. This is at Keary St next to Royal Columbian Hospital, New Westminster.
Rapidité
Au nombre de fois où je dois aller à cet emplacement, j’aime utiliser l’application. Le seul inconvénient c’est qu’il n’y a pas l’option du gratuit pour la période de moins de 2 heures.
No free parking
Cannot register for free parking when it's available. Totally useless.
Pratique
Utile pour payer son stationnement sans aller à l’horodateur. 1 amélioration à suggérer. Il manque des périodes. Il y a des périodes gratuites à l’horodateur, mais pas dans l’application.
Aesthetic & Hours are absent
Many design flaws in terms of balance and consistency: ,proportions, alignment, distorted shapes and overlapping text and items. Also please provide the parking fees and hours for the zone, for the user to anticipate the wages and manage his time properly. The app lacks the basics and given the number of parkings managed by the app, we deserve an up to date app, ruled by nowadays standards .
No Face ID and Apple Pay!?
Works ok but why no support for Face ID nor Apple Pay, it’s 2025 not 1999 anymore folks!
simple but WORKS
I've used so many different parking apps in different cities across north america and Europe. This is my by far favourite one. The app is ugly as sin (reminiscent of 2008-2010 iPhone apps), but it's by FAR the easiest and fastest to use. No bells or whistles, but I've never been stuck on a screen for more than . 5 stars, wish every parking app worked this well.
Insecure, bad ux
Pin sign in is not ok, apple pay is missing. Adding the card is super painful. wondering how you store card details…
Very easy to use
Parking using this service is quick and efficient cannot ask for more
Worst Parking App Ever
If you have a credit card that’s expired and you used to have an account with this parking app. You are unable to start fresh on the app as it forces you to use old credit card information in order to access it making it absolutely useless.
Facile
On peut prendre la période gratuite avec une borne, puis si on dépasse le temps alloué, on a qu’à payer par l’application de n’importe où que l’on se trouve
Worst of the parking apps
I don’t know why municipalities use this app. It never works properly. There are so many better options available.
Easy to use
The app is extremely easy to use and makes it simple to pay for parking. I don’t like that meters no longer take quarters but I do like that I no longer have to carry change to feed the thing.
Horrible
I sure hope this app was written by someone’s grandson at no cost to the operator as it is amateurish at best. No support for any modern wallet (Apple, Samsung, etc.). Antiquated (but functional) Authentication. Poor UX for manual CC entry. No support for camera for zone/space entry. If grandson/Claude authored the app, then “good job! Study hard and you’ll go far”. If real $$ was spent, then “fool me once”.
Easy
Easy
painful
need to enter credit card to create a pin/account. then select parking spot and time, then have to enter cc info again to pay ??? painful
Super Duper
Amazing App! I love it. Easy to use. Thanks!
Good app
App good to use.
Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work.
Simple and convenient!
great app, very useful and convenient and it’s easy to use!
GARBAGE APP!
When trying to sign up—I consistently get an error message saying my valid Canadian mobile number in Vancouver is NOT a valid number. Some cities (like North Van and New Westminster) ONLY accept payment to this stupid company. Was finally able to complete parking by going to their website. WHAT A JOKE!
