Super pratique, pas d’attente ! Une fois vos bagages arrivés, tu inscris sur l’application récupérer véhicule et il apporte ton véhicule proche du bureau. Nous n’avons pas attendu la navette malgré notre vol en retard de 2h30. Je recommande
Terrible App
App does not let me select a date more than one week ahead of current day. Terrible. Can choose times, but they scrolls are hidden behind the Cancel and Set buttons, making it very difficult. Again, terrible.
Meh
At first it was ok for me.. but my two last experiences wasnt. I have prepaid on the app but when it was the time to pick up my car and leave i have to pay again and without my corporate rate so twice, i ended up paying more. But i selected my dates and hours like the other times.. i juste dont get it. And the same happens to my boyfriend this afternoon… i dont understand that

This is the worst, unworkable app I have ever encountered. Who wrote this program, a challenged chimpanzee?!?
Clunky and difficult navigate
The use of this app is difficult. When entering the time of parking, the numbers are difficult to scroll through. It should just be a keyboard entry. When dropping off the vehicle. The app instructs you to scan a barcode at a kiosk but I’ve never had it work. Also, it doesn’t allow you to save a vehicle. Making you enter the information every time. The website is more user friendly than the app which seems backwards.
Not user friendly
This app needs some updating to make it easier to use. When picking a time of day to drop off or pick up the scrolling is clunky and hard to get the right time. If you need to edit your reservation to change the car for example you need to cancel and start over. It would be nice to have an edit feature.

Cannot select drop off time
I have an iPhone SE (second generation). After downloading the app I select the location and date for drop off. The time option at the bottom of the screen is obscured by the Cancel and Set buttons. There’s no way to scroll down to set the time. And the app doesn’t rotate to resize/redraw the screen. I will have to use the Web app instead to make the booking.
Not working
The app won’t let me select or change the dates. The numbers are unresponsive and won’t change, despite force closing the app, having the latest version and trying a bunch of different months. It still won’t let me change the default dates.
Timing issues
I am able to choose the entry and exit dates, however I am unable to choose the entry and exit times. It just defaults to the current time.
Great Experience
I don’t really travel and I thought I would try Park’N Fly Valet. I had a pit in my stomach reading the reviews about the App, but thought I would give it a try anyway. I’m glad I hadn’t listened to the reviews. My experience was flawless, from dropping off and picking up my vehicle. The App worked perfectly. I will definitely use it again on my next trip!
Not working
I’ve tried several ways including uninstalling and installing over the last few weeks to get the app to function. I enter in dates for December 2026 including CAA number and then just the dates for Dec. and says, can’t book that far in advance. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and intermittently it will allow the CAA and/or without and says rates. #frustrated same with desktop version
Don’t rely on this app
Still barely works, for some things, 2 years after large amount of 1 star reviews. Company does not care about the customer experience.
Works ok until you hit the pick up button
App is ok but when you arrive at the airport and hit the pick up button, the number to call disappears along with your ticket #

On a utilisé plusieurs fois ce stationnement et ça fonctionne vraiment bien. À Montréal. Je ne peux pas écrire pour les autres villes !
Terrible app
Horrible app, awful to use, not intuitive in the least. It’s so bad it’s costing you customers. Wake up and fix it.
Can’t set date
I’m trying to reserve for next week. Will only let me reserve for 7 days starting tomorrow. Wont let me select any days. Thought it was a pain before in selecting times at the bottom, but this means I can’t reserve. I use this on average once a month so not infrequent use. Latest change is not great

Has become almost unusable
Opens up with pre-populated dates and can’t change them. Every time I go to use the app, some glitch seems to occur, picking dates, setting times… it’s always something. Website has its own issues like no ability to enter discount codes like CAA. Technology of any kind seems to be an almost insurmountable problem for this organization.
Very bad service
Waited for over 40 minutes and no economy bus. Over 20 people waiting and they keep saying bus is coming.
Can't set drop-off time
The app doesn't seem to fit on an iPhone SE screen, so there's no way to actually set drop-off time as the confirm / cancel buttons cover that part of the entry screen.
Needs a complete rewrite
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. The UI is terrible. The date/time picker controls are virtually unusable. I use Park’N Fly, and like their service, but the app is a joke. Their own employees acknowledge how bad it is. Come on Park’N Fly, invest the necessary money in a brand new app, written by people who know what they are doing.
