Charging Problem and Useless Customer Support
This app wouldn’t let me stop the charging session, and the charger itself was problematic—the touchscreen wasn’t working. As a result, I spent 45 minutes at the charging station trying to resolve the issue. Customer support was not helpful either.
Almost perfect
This app is almost perfect. Excellent. It does get communication errors often however. But over all great. And when it is not, The customer support while at a charging station is amazing!

Impossible de parler à une personne pour régler un problème. Lors du contact par messagerie, je reçois un message automatisé qui ne répond pas à mes questions et aucunes solutions trouvées pour m’aider. Le billet est fermé sans que la requête ne soit traitées.
Assurez-vous d'avoir du temps libre
Le UI est super, l'application et l'utilisation de l'appli est super. La moitié des bornes de bornes rapide ne fonctionne pas, 1/3 des bornes normales fonctionnent pas. Assurez-vous d'avoir du temps libre à courir pour que trouver une borne qui fonctionne. Où il y a une pomme, mais faut acheter un abonnement mensuel de stationnement pour y accéder.Alors n'utilisez pas cette application hiver quand vous avez frette à attendre 1h dans votre char.

Fonctionne rarement, installé sur iPhone 16 pro max. Instable, incapable de se connecter au réseau 90% du temps. L’une des pire app.
Practical application
Great app once things start working. Took a few tries to get it to work at a non auto start station, the station didn’t recognize the app on iPhone and kept trying to charge a credit card.
Beaucoup de déconnexions
Tous les 3-4 jours, l’application se déconnecte toute seule. Obligeant la reconnection. Le problème est que nous ne pouvons pas nous reconnecter depuis CarPlay ce qui rend l’appli inutilisable sur la voiture!
Mode trajet à améliorer
Le passage vers GoogleMap sur iPhone ne fonctionne pas et le trajet dans l’app n’est pas très user friendly

App doesn’t sync well
I had a frustrating experience yesterday with the Circuit Électrique app in Montréal. I parked in a spot reserved only for vehicles using the charger and plugged in my car. The station itself seemed to work, but in the app it showed no active charging session. I even had to leave the restaurant to go outside, unplug the car, and plug it back in. The problem still persisted, and it took a long time before the charging session finally showed up in the app. This kind of delay makes the whole experience stressful, especially when the parking spot is reserved strictly for charging. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, the syncing between the charger and the app is very unreliable. The app really needs to be more responsive and accurate.
Excellent app - easy to use
I used Circuit Électrique three times while staying at the Delta Hotel in Montréal. It was easy to use and thankfully available in English as my French isn’t very good. I would have liked an alert when my vehicle had stopped charging. I only got that from my vehicle’s app and it’s sometimes behind due to lag - I don’t want to pay an idling fee. I also wish the hotel had restricted charger use to only guests as I had to wait a long time for it to be available.

Je utilise l’application Flo ou ChargePoint pour trouver des bornes, car l’application du Circuit électrique n’offre pas la possibilité de filtrer les bonnes rapides sur CarPlay

Add a penalty for being idle
I really enjoy using this application but they should add a charge for being idle and left on charge after 100%. Electrify Canada forces users to vacate the place after use, Quebecers are not civilized individuals they left their car charging as there is no extra charge for being idle.

Des améliorations à l’app nécessaires
Sur site la carte physique demeure le moyen le plus simple d’effectuer les transactions, l’app est plus complexe et la configuration du mode de recharge automatique lors d’un branchement à une borne est carrément frustrante, a ce jour je n’ai pas encore été en mesure de terminer la configuration.

The app has to be the slowest app of all for third party charging stations. after a connector has been returned to the station, this doesn’t pick it up even 5 mins it take 30mins before it senses the connector is back to the station, it’s absolutely insane.

L'application CarPlay à besoin d'être repensée lorsqu'on recherche une station de recharge en déplacement. Montrer les bornes à proximité ne fonctionne pas bien. Je reçois toujours les bornes de Montréal. Ajouter la capacité de filtrer niveau 2, niveau 3, disponible ou pas. Ne PAS suggérer les bornes privées ou institutionnelles ou permettre de les filtrer aussi. Montrer le prix pour pouvoir comparer les offres à proximité.

Great App, missing one thing
The $15 charge for a card is sad. At the very least, something like the ChargePoint app where you can add your card to Wallet and use NFC to activate the charger just like you would with the app, just in case your cell connection is bad, or whatever. I think the card would even work on my watch, in case my phone is dead. Love the graphs, CarPlay support, etc. Would also love to be able to filter by more kW levels, and be recommended higher power chargers my car supports.
Lots of things to change
The app has a number of negative points that make it hard to use: 1. It constantly logs you out when your account is connected by Apple ID. A session lasts 24 hours. This means that you can’t even see available locations on CarPlay because an unauthorized message appears on the screen. 2. No NFC card. It could be useful to have instead of needing to order the $15 card. 3. No Apple Pay support both for paying and a potential NFC charging card. 4. In CarPlay there should be a refresh button on the available locations, as it seems the availability information gets cached and never refreshes after the first request. 5. It would be useful to add the possibility of an alert when no charging power is being transmitted to the car in addition to the 6 hour time limit. Many cars don’t alert you when the charging has completed. 6. Perhaps add a filter to display new locations only.

Malheureusement, l’application doit être redémarrée souvent. Erreurs multiples de début de session qui ne sont pas réel. Le nouveau code de couleur bleu pour les bornes occupée attire l’œil, mais c’est plutôt les bornes libres qu’on veut voir. Non-Affichage des pastilles sur la carte problématique.

Réseau public, argent qui reste au Québec, des bornes même dans les coins où personne d’autre s’installe. Je reste sur la Côte-Nord et c’est grâce au Circuit Électrique que rouler électrique est possible ici. La recharge automatique marche bien et l’état des bornes en temps réel dans l’app est fiable. On a de quoi être fiers de ce réseau-là.
It’s bad
Entering a city name gets no city search results. Can’t get to show chargers along the route. Even after fiddling. Not sure what’s going on. Not intuitive.

Card for 15$
In California a blink, evconnect and ChargePoint card is FREE and for good reasons. This organization is paying a few dollars per card and charges 15$ - this is just overpriced for no good reason! This company doesn’t even support of NFC , be Apple Wallet or Android. All well known EV charging company in the US offers this option but because we live in Quebec, the offer is bare minimum. This company has the monopoly, so it’s acting like government agency and offers _bare_ minimum. The worst that can happen, what if the cellular network or EC’s services goes down? In both cases without a card, you can’t charge. Until a major event happens, this company will keep charging 15$ for a card. Soon or later, the service will break on a very cold day and people will die. Instead of doing like most charging companies and sending a free card by mail, someday people will die at the charging station because it will be -30C and nobody will be able to charge. Until then, this company will refuse to lower their card cost or provide one for free.
