Outdated
We spent 90 mins following the app as it guided us to scooter locations. But no scooters available. They must have pulled out of the city and not provided notice on their app.
Riding by on into the future
Loved the experience and enjoyed the convenience of not having to take so long to get around. Excellent service but would suggest having charging port for phone.
Not good in Saskatoon
Scooters are sparse, have to walk a few blocks. When you find one , it probably won’t work. Uber or Lyft is cheaper than riding.
It’s fine
Once you’re in and set up, it’s good. But both times I’ve used it I’ve had to spend 10-20 extra minutes ending my ride over and over. Often requires help from an agent. Meaning I’m charged for more time than I was actually riding. I wish it wasn’t as expensive. The scooters work well though and it’s a fun way to get around.

No group ride
I love these scooters but I hate the beeping when they are moving. Also there is no option for a group ride on the app. I had to make a new account and when I would Google how to do a group ride they would all give me outdated responses. Please fix immediately cause this was such a hassle.

It’s very expensive after finish my ride while am parking it say you are not at station parking just counting time to warm money please it’s unfair and unjustified.

Good but needs better instructions
Decent service first time rider no instructions on how to get driving. You would think that by simply adding acceleration would get the scooter going, but it does not work that way. You have to help it get started by pushing with 1 foot while other rating at same time. Also app says one dollar to unlock $.50 a minute, but it charged me six dollars right off the bat. I haven’t looked further into it, but that was a surprise for a first time rider

You get what you get?
I used this in Ottawa and we were riding in biking lanes or the street and the ride would auto lock saying we are on the sidewalk, only unlocks if you go to the Center lane of the road, making it super dangerous too ride for both the cars and your self. Sometimes auto stopped on the road too and then manually had to pull it in….
Great potential but user experience a long way short
Constant interruptions from voice app, mostly erroneous. Neurotic perhaps. Limited use area which is shame. A lot of fun and actually very easy to ride. These scooters will one day be the future of urban transport. But will it be Neuron?

Really good fun, needs better zoning
I really love the scooters and really would rather use them than the bus, but one of my favourite roads and the one I need to make the scooters worth it was changed to a no-ride zone (probably not neurons fault, not why I deducted a star). The reason I deducted a star was because after I went into the no ride zone, it took way too long for it to figure out I was back in a ride zone and then I spent a while trying to find a diversion to get me to the place I wanted to disembark. The gps is quite slow to update on the app so it’s really hard to tell which street I’m on and if I go down a street if I’ll then run into a no ride zone, which costs money and time. What id like is faster gps or turn by turn navigation (obviously I can’t use google or Apple maps for this as they aren’t aware of the ride zone boundaries). Or even have the app have be able to select a destination and the scooters give me turn by turn voice navigation. These things are fun and worth a try, but I won’t get a pass until the geo zone changes calm down.
Parking zones
This used to be great but now it won’t let me park in a riding zone like normal, it has to be in one of the Green parking zones on the map. It takes more time to find, increases the length of the trip trying to find them and they’re often not close enough to destinations I need to be at. Either remove this feature or increase the number of parking zones. This is in Newcastle.

I was stupid enough go rely on a new platform, without testing it out first, whilst being late for an appointment. I should’ve just walked. First they charge me 6 quid to check if I am a legit user (after which they release the amount), helmet was stuck and couldn’t get out, bikes had no suspension and were slow and awful to ride and where i was going was literally at the periphery of the allowed zone, which meant they were utter useless for me and i have lost a few quid and most importantly my time and being on time in the process. Giving them 2 stars for now as the platform and concept looks good, but delivery is poor. I will stick with Uber Lime for now, thanks.

Generally useful, however lots of restricted areas around Slough which wastes lots of time and money prepaid. Reverse gear would help.

Took forever to download and sign in, bunch of unnecessary steps only for my ride to scan and then not move. Spent ten minutes double checking the app, which told me my ride was ready. Finally got it moving and it told me it was calling the cops. Had to end the ride half a block from where i started, spent 20 minutes trying to get it work and got charged 10 bucks
It doesn’t let me verify my number
I just wanted to sign up with the app but it doesn’t even let me verify my phone number. Please help !!!

Ok, but weak, weak, weak
These are probably fine for flat cities, but in Auckland they’re pretty pointless. They have so little power so even gentle upslopes come to a standstill. Admittedly, I’m 6’1” so I probably don’t fit the demographic, but I own a Segway Ninebot Max in the UK and that would make short work of these. Also just paid £9 or so for the right to push it uphill. Got a proper sweat on, but I reckon the gym would be more fun at that price.

Good initiative but roads not ready for this
Love the scooter and the technology but in Newcastle Upon Tyne where cycle lanes are poorly defined and roads are very bumpy, it’s not exactly safe on the road. We were riding down a sloppy road which is bumpy and full of vehicles passing, it can be very struggling to grip and brake well to be in control of the scooter. The riders need to exercise risk assessment of the condition and ride safely or I foresee accidents to occur easily.

I used a pod for 10min and had to pay 7sgd that forced me to delete the app immediately as it’s completely overpriced. Also the pod i used was in a bad condition. Overall customer experience very bad.

Misleading pricing. The “day pass” is NOT unlimited riding — you only get 45 minutes before regular charges begin. Very easy to misunderstand and accidentally overpay. Feels intentionally confusing. Not recommended.

Scooter location map often inaccurate
I’ve been spending more time looking for scooters than riding them. Scooters are often not where map says. $5 fee for not parking in the relatively few parking zones.
Parking problem
I just tried my first ride, trip fare (6mins) s$1.72and s$5 for convenience fee. Total paid s$6.72 for 6mins trip. Parking place is not around in my location.
