The Support team is incredible. They always go above and beyond for the customers. They genuinely care about their customers. Shout out to Rachelle and Lawrence. You guys are amazing.

Greats drivers but Customer loyalty is not rewarded
I find that URide offers a very great staff driving team, wonderful people, safe drives, and an overall positive experience. I would give the employees of URide a GLOWING 5 stars, no problem! :) However the company doesn’t really reward frequent flyers (for lack of better term) it seems like the less I use URide, the more I get notifications for “Exclusive offers and promotions”…. Super weird. I have two phones, a work phone, and personal. If I don’t use one of the phones to call URide for a bit, the business account get a bunch of promos? But not my personal account… which is fine I guess? Just seems like they’re not interested in building relationships with their frequent customer base, and most interested in enticing others into taking a ride. Just a thought!
Garbage
Longgggg wait times left me stranded many times.. it’ll say the same estimated time and finding driver for 20 plus minutes without the estimated time changing

Cheaper than cabs either nicer cars. But the time examinations is always wrong lol

Took first ride today with Uride and service was excellent and good price too. Highly recommended.

Left stranded last night after pre-booking. I want to leave no stars, but it’s not an option.
Great to Have
A great app to have a viable alternative to Uber and Lyft in small markets. It would be nice if they were in more provinces and more cities. The app is easy to use and similar to the Uber app, the only challenge is in reserving rides, I couldn’t get the reservation to work well.
Late Pre-booking
Not sure if it's a driver issue but I pre-booked a driver to the airport 5 hours before I wanted to be picked up. About 10 mins before I was supposed to be picked up the ETA was about a half hour later than what I had booked for. Not really sure why I would pre-book a ride if it doesn't show up at the time I ask for. Very frustrating and I might be late for that flight
Drivers ignoring rides.
The app is great. When the drivers aren’t ignoring your ride. Isn’t the first time this has happened where I’ve been stranded at a bus station staring at 5 cars in my vicinity but not a single one picks up your ride. What’s up with that? Can there be some rules implemented here that they actually do their job??

Always prompt customer service. The driver are all polite and helpful so far. Great app and great team!
Less pay to drivers
They never pays good to their drivers. They take more than 55% of the money
Useful, but….
While this has been a great service, there has been a weird trend where i pre-book a ride and my driver has shown up 10-15 minutes earlier than expected. Usually I’m still in the shower or getting dressed at that point and have to rush myself, or risk a frustrated driver. Other than that weirdness, the service is great.
Get more accurate on your timing to pick up
Once you are in the car, it’s fine but when you click on a ride and the estimated 3 minutes turns into 20 minutes, you know they are just throwing a number out there. Two days in a row, it has been like that. The driver mentioned that some new software is being used.
No Options
Nice app but There’s no option to select for type of vehicle/car seat/booster seat on the app.

Worst service
I am using the app because its the only option for Peterborough, i have to wait 1 hour for my driver to pick me up after i book the ride. I have to be at work 30 min ago and I am late whenever I book the ride. And the drivers, it clearly shows that the driver is standing at a fix position after accepting a ride just relaxing at a place. While he has accepted the ride. I hope uber or lyft enter the city.
Pricing
While using the app the price was changing as I confirmed my location and the location was heading to. Original price quoted was not honoured.
Fast and Fair Resolution
Had an issue with a cancelled ride recently, but Uride’s customer support handled it quickly and professionally. They responded fast, understood the situation, and refunded the charges without any hassle. Really appreciated how smoothly everything was resolved.
Annulation à 2 reprises
À chaque transport réservé, le conducteur a annulé la course à 5 minutes d’avance. Après, impossible d’en réserver un nouveau. Tres très décevant, surtout quand c’est réservé à l’avance!
incorrect ETA happening too often!
i’ve been late to work a handful of times now because uride would say “ETA in 6 minutes” before booking but proceeds to give me riders who are 13-15 minutes away. i sometimes turn my phone off to resume getting ready and i wouldn’t notice if the driver they gave me is from far away. i would cancel, but it’s already too late, and it would take another 5 minutes to get a new ride. i can’t book/leave early ‘cause i have some other things to do. i always have to leave 10-15 minutes before work starts. uride’s incorrect ETA is unreliable.

Uride is a very useful app for moving around quickly. I used it in PEI Canada. Their customer service was also very helpful when I lost an item. Would definitely recommend Uride!!!

Disappointing!!! prices are not upfront and scam they do hidden charges and unfairness. When u book it says a specific price then on the ride they add additional charges

Fictional eta’s
Booked a ride home from the bar, was told they’d be there in six minutes. Five minutes later they’re still six minutes away. Said they were two minutes away for over 20 minutes but was still trying to find a driver. Booked a car on another app, they said a driver was on the way and gave a real eta. Deleted this app, will never use again.
Customer service is 10/10
I can always rely on uride customer service whenever there is an issue and they resolve it right away. I appreciate the team effort and the care shown for each customer. The best ride app.
