Horrible customer service
First ride ever and was left stranded by the driver at the wrong location to then get cancelled on same day for the 2nd ride. No refund was issued. Avoid !
Bonne app
Bonne application claire, simple et facile d’utilisation. L’option de « sauvegarder » des trajets, ou de mettre une alarme bonifierait l’expérience davantage !
L’app bugue
Dommage l’application ne fonctionne pas bien. Une fois que je rentre mes villes de départ et d’arrivée je ne peux pas sélectionner la date et tout se fige. J’ai réitéré plusieurs fois. Même constat.
‼️Des conducteurs sans immatriculation
Reservation chère pour rien. Laisse les conducteurs ne pas mettre d’immatriculation!!!!!!!

No one pick up the calls and they don’t call back. The driver asked us to cancel the booking because he wasn’t able to make it and since then no one is able to give me the refund Orr even talk to me. It’s not the 1st time I have a bad experience with this app.

Extorting money from people
I don’t understand how a platform this big will charge money from a driver because they didn’t make a trip. You charge a booking fee and if the driver doesn’t make the trip you charge the driver $8… Imagine charging $8 from 10000 trip cancellation a day or a week!?? You all need to review and revise your booking and cancelation policy. Or better Still copy that of Poparide. I’m unhappy with the Company and service.

Excellente application! Il n'y a cependant aucun moyen de savoir à quel arrêt débarquer un passager sans aller voir sur le site web lorsque plusieurs arrêts sont dans la même ville. Seule la ville est affichée sur l'application.

C’est simple, à chaque fois j’ai eu affaires à des gens courtois. Le parcours prend une allure de rencontres. L’application est simple. Et la possibilité de noter le conducteur et les autres passagers c’est une bonne choses.
Service très médiocre
J’ai réservé un trajet Montréal → Toronto via Kangaride. Première réservation : aucune information essentielle sur le chauffeur n’était disponible (aucune validation visible, aucune information sur le véhicule comme la couleur ou la plaque). Ne me sentant pas en sécurité, j’ai annulé immédiatement pour réserver un autre trajet. Malgré cela, aucun remboursement ne m’a été accordé. Deuxième réservation : l’expérience a été encore plus problématique. Le chauffeur utilisait son téléphone en conduisant, faisait de nombreux arrêts non prévus, ce qui m’a fait manquer un rendez-vous important. Au retour, le même chauffeur avait plus d’une heure de retard. Au final : manque de transparence, problèmes de sécurité et absence de support client efficace. Je recommande fortement aux futurs usagers de vérifier tous les détails avant de réserver.

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVES
Extremely poor customer service. My ride was cancelled last minute without a call notice! I was left scrambling to find an alternative on the same day. Customer service showed NO apology, NO accountability, and NO compensation. This is unacceptable for a paid transportation service.

Impossible de faire la mise à jour de cette application si vous n’avez pas les appareils de dernière technologie. Donc jetez vos appareils et achetez en des nouveaux.
