Dreadful, doesn’t work
Tried for the first time, signed up, entered all details of car payments etc. cannot complete reservation though. Looks like app crashes every time however it’s still there in the background. Tried force quit. Tried reinstall. No web option as a backup. Makes me wonder what you would do if the app crashes when you need to enter or exit your parking. Total fail, very frustrated will not recommend these incompetent clowns to anyone. Why no web backup option when your app is not reliable? Big mistake. Running a compatible iOS according to Google AI.
Easy to use
Simple and easy. At least for me. I just wish more parking lots were in their network.
Need more spots
More spots closer to Sparks street would be nice.

Good app, but sometimes bad spots
The app is good and very convenient. But I have used it once for one garage, and all the spots dedicated to clicknpark were spots with issues. One was crammed into a corner near a wall in a way it was impossible to get into, others had big AC machines in the back that prevented to use the whole spot and made it tricky to park into. I was still able to park into the latter, but it should be made clear BEFORE you pay if the spots are renting have any such issue,
Convenient but be careful
This certainly beats driving around the orange cone infested city of Montreal. App is super easy to use and instructions were clear to follow. I found my parking spot easily. However (and this is why I give it 3 stars) I returned to my car later to find my car blocked in! I somehow managed to squeeze out but it took quite a bit of time. Make sure you give yourself some space when you park.
Used in Montreal 5⭐️
Visited Montreal downtown in Aug 2026 and used this App to get an overnight parking. Reserved three different garages and was able to safely park every time. It was a small thing to open the bar with the app QR code but it depends on the garage and their system. My guess they all different and they all should “talk” to the App system so it’s probably not the Apps fault. Saying that they do read Google reviews and they react to reviews which is rare these days. Also I liked the option of extending time for a couple of hours and not getting charge extra. When you book the spot, try reading the GMaps review since some garages are poorly cleaned and some are much cleaner.
Garbage
Garbage app , only getting a partial refund when I can’t park on the site due to circumstances out of my control . People are supposed to diagonally park at this parking lot and people are parked straight in a narrow alley and sticking way further out than they need to . Plus there’s massive holes on the opposite side because of the construction happening in the neighbouring building . Making it impossible to maneuver

Great concept, the app sucks
Concept is awesome. The big issue is that the company is really client oriented. For the people who provide parking services you have absolutely no control over what is going on. Someone can leave minutes or hours late and you can do nothing about it directly on the site. No possibility to cancel an upcoming booking even if it’s really inconvenient. Someone could book a parking 3 years in advance if they wanted, and you could do nothing about it even if you don’t live here anymore. Give more control to the service providers. Also one of the employees came in person and decided to cut branches and install a sign in the parking. How rude and unprofessional ! Ask for permission first. They called me to ask for permission, I came out, and the person was already there finishing the job. Also! As a provider we don’t have easy access to fiscal papers and information is nowhere to be found.
One Suggestion
I use clicknpark every day as I rent a spot on a monthly basis downtown. The only hassle is having to open my phone, open the app, wait for it to load, open my session, wait for it to load… then I can click “open door”. A widget I can add to either my iPhone Home Screen or my CarPlay (even better) would save so much time and definitely ensure a lifelong customer!
Multiple bad experiences
I paid for parking in TO for the weekend, turned out the lot owners were not associated with clicknpark (got a ticket). More recently I paid for monthly parking, the lot was sold to a new owner who towed my car with no notice (before the date I was told to move my car to a new lot).. which resulted in a ticket. Clicknpark told me i would be reimbursed for both tickets.. have not received any reimbursement. Ive spent 100s of dollars on this app and it’s resulted in me having 100s of dollars of tickets
Great idea, subpar app performance
The overall idea and implementation is pretty good and it’s convenient to use. But when extending the parking sometimes you have to wait minutes for the app to check availability, then process the payment. Developers, please double down on the app’s performance and you’ll beat them all!

App keeps closing
I’ve heard great things about the app, downloaded and seemed to be working fine but Everytime it gets to payment the app closes and I have to restart. I’ve tried 10 times to book a spot and the app keeps closing, I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting the app and redownloading. I can’t get it to not close, app just force shuts down and brings me back to the Home Screen.
Receipts
Love the app but i've been unable to look at my subscription receipt for the past month now which is annoying. It only shows me a blank white screen.

Avoid this app completely
App does not work but is quick to take your money. Their parking lots are sketchy and the gates often malfunction. When I tired to get ahold of the clicknpark team for help, they are unresponsive and have also hung up on me.
Unfortunate experience but fair
They got an issue with the garage door so we could not park the last day. Following some emails with support, they had a gesture of goodwill. Thanks.

Great when visiting the Plateau in Montreal
Parking in the Plateau is always the hardest and most time consuming part of visiting my daughter in Montreal. Clicknpark solves this problem. Great app and great customer service by phone with a real person!
Horrible parking experience
Go to park pay them come back to find someone parked behind me now i am stuck and can’t back out keep in mind i have no way home this app is horrible

Garbage app
Garbage app parkings are never available and yet when you go check them there’s 30 different spaces available and when you look for a space they show up on the map as available then when you click on them none of them is available for 6 months somehow? lol

Excellent Service Would Highly Recommand
Annoying app
I want to scan and book a spot. It just wants to assign me a space somewhere else. Lots of empty spaces and it says the lot is full. This app causes people to reserve spaces in advance when they don’t need it and then there are empty lots but no space.
