Refund not Initiate
Booked flight on 20 Aug 26 , My flight was delayed , so i cancelled my flight from customer executive , they told me that refund will be initiate in 4-5 days , not yet received , customer care not responding , very bad service by spice jet . 👎
Simple and easy to use
Just browsed thru the app, found it simple and easy to use. Would have liked the price calendar with prices listed across all days. Still it's nice to see app from spicejet. Makes it so much easier for me to book travel.
Worst
Worst app ever seen takes too much time to load by that tit you can reach out to the end of the earth they should take this very seriously God help them
Mobile app login other than india mobile
App is not working if login through Mobil other than india.
Worst app
Doesn’t open Doent recover password Worst app
App is buggy
I tried to check in but wasn’t able to instead I could see all the list of travellers. Serious privacy issue!
Mr
Oh my god ,not a user friendly app . Not able to change the country code to log in spiceclub . It always sticks with Indian country code.
Need lot of improvement
Many things are missing like when i login, i am not able to see my booking history.
Nothing much changed
The app is still inaccurately created. Also, how come u don’t have Icici bank as net banking option.
Flight delay /cancel
Worst Experience Very disappointing experience with SpiceJet. My Fujairah–Calicut flight was delay. After checking the recent flight history, I noticed that delays seem to be happening frequently across multiple SpiceJet destinations.
Never worked
This app never works in iPhone 11 Pro. What a waste of time.
Superb app now we can book tickets on the go
Cool app, red color looks great App is loading faster. flat ui excellent.
anonymous
worst flights on the world . Please i will say and beg to every one that whatever the situation is please dont ever book spicejet ! just boycott it
Need improvement Net banking Payment
Looks good but text field, button slow in responding. The biggest problem is net banking - bank selector, as soon as you move the selector , it picks a bank and navigates to respective bank logon screen. Some banks site has option to cancel but most of them not, and also app doesn’t allow to cancel and returns back to payment page. I tried few times but at the end had to give up ☹️
Great Stuff
World class UI/UX.. Good app from SpiceJet and very useful.
Very poor service
Very poor, Customer service. My flight was cancelled and till data I have not recieved my Spaceman upgrade amount. it is being two months now..
Passport expiry date
When I tried to book ticket on the app, it always resets to the present date while filling the passport expiry column . Not worth even 3 star
Mr
Awesome app
Do not travel if you respect your time.
Always delayed
Bad
I could not change the from and destination city. It is not allowing to search flights with default options also. Fix it soon
Zero Rating – Irresponsible Service by SpiceJet (PNR: CFH5VD)
I am compelled to rate SpiceJet ZERO for the worst and most irresponsible service I have ever experienced. Your mismanagement has caused me to miss critical business meetings and incur additional personal expenses for hotel accommodation in Leh.
Not working at all useless
The program goes blank when you try to add the traveler details so booking not possible using the application!
Application not opening
The app is extremely frustrating. It crashes immediately after opening and doesn’t let me access my booking. I have tried reinstalling it, restarting my phone, and updating the app, but nothing works. This is unacceptable for an airline app, especially when travelers need quick access to their tickets. Please fix these issues as soon as possible.
Poor app, just like the poor airline
Deceptive dark patterns laid out completely inside the app. Seat selection purposefully made complex with hiding of few options so that customers would have to unnecessarily either opt for expensive paid seats or go ahead with the default unmindful selection. DGCA- please note!
