Worst customer service
I have been asking for a refund of 32k from the past one year. They do not help me at all. All idiots and cowards they have employed to supposedly help people. Book from anywhere else

Worst Service ever seen
App/Site does not show status, if flight is cancelled. For cancelled flight, customer has to follow up and initiate refund. For that also they charge the fees.

I booked a ticket from Frankfurt to Dubai with them, They initially gave us a better rate to book the Ticket , after all is done and payment was received i received an email from them that we cannot confirm your ticket since there is a fare difference , they told me to pay 480 Aed extra to confirm my ticket , Since i was stuck i had to pay coz i know they may take time in Reembursing the amount tha will effect my travel plans . I paid them directly to get my flight i thought it was occational , Recently they did the same with my Friend as well with quite a big ticket and asked for extra payment for fare difference ,my friends also suffered with thair fraud, the ticket becomes more expensive than all of the airlines after their charge . Please keep away from these frauds at all times .

Worst app for bus etc bookings
I booked bus , and i dont have like tracking over app. Neither they give driver/travells details over app or over mail/sms… no service from their end worst app .. DO NOT Install this app

Otp is invalid problem
i receive otp msg but in the app i will put a number there’s show me is invalid OTP. i will try to many time but i can’t check my booking and i have book flight ticket but 10 hour left not any confirmation msg. there’s show me your ticket is pending. this is my fault i was selected this worse service.
Not bad, but be careful when you book!
The app works quite well, but it automatically goes to the current month so when you go back to it, your date is different from where you were searching. The charges could be explained better before the final invoice

Fraudulent website
Please don’t book anything on there website . They are least bothered about the customers. Also, they’ll also charge cancellation charges for hotels and flights even if the airlines or the hotel grant full refund.

I was using it since last 6 year and it was always be a simple and lowest fare all the time this is the reasion I like it most a simple flatform.
Driver details not received
Booked a cab through EMT for the first time for 10:30 Am and driver details were not shared till the booking time. When I tried to call them I was only able to reach after 30 mins and they said they would arrange a car for 12 Pm and yet have not shared any details. I don’t know how this is an operating platform

Worst hotel booking experience
Did booking with EMT. Money deducted and more than one hour passed still no confirmation email. Now i am waiting at hotel and hotel saying no confirmation of booking. No direct way to contact EMT. On phone call they connect to flight department
