Extremely disappointing and unfair experience
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unfair Cancellation Charges My brother was trying to help me book a ticket to return from Ujjain/Indore to Mumbai. While making the booking, the date was selected by default and, unfortunately, he did not notice the date before completing the payment. Within just a few minutes of realizing the mistake, he immediately cancelled the ticket and tried to rectify the error. What is extremely disappointing is that 30% of the ticket amount was charged as cancellation fees, even though the booking was cancelled within minutes of being made. This is an unreasonable and customer-unfriendly policy. There should be some consideration for genuine booking errors, especially when the customer realizes the mistake almost immediately and takes corrective action. A cancellation policy should not feel like a penalty imposed on customers for an honest and immediately rectified mistake. Policies like this make customers feel that the company is more interested in retaining money than in providing a fair and customer-centric service. There is another major concern that makes this experience even more disappointing. When my brother contacted the bus operator directly, he found that the same journey was available at a significantly lower price. The direct booking cost approximately ₹2,800 for two passengers, whereas the price shown on your platform was around ₹4,500. That is a substantial difference. When a platform charges such a significant premium for a booking and then imposes an excessive cancellation charge even when the mistake is identified within minutes, it becomes very difficult for a customer to see any value in using the platform. This experience has completely shaken our confidence in your service. Neither my brother nor I would feel comfortable recommending your platform to friends or family under such circumstances. I strongly urge the company to reconsider its cancellation policy, introduce a reasonable grace period for genuine booking errors, and be more transparent about the price difference between direct operator bookings and platform bookings. Customers should not be made to feel helpless when they make an honest mistake. A good service provider earns customer loyalty by showing fairness and understanding—not by relying on rigid policies that leave the customer bearing the entire cost. Very disappointing, very unfair, and certainly not an experience that inspires trust or loyalty.

Extremely disappointed as 2 CSR never bothered to call Park Avenue hotel and the change the dates requested due to my error. Anjalee never bothered to change neither fid another CSR What is the point of having CSR Best is to replace with AI if your CSR can’t do their jobs. Several times the hotel as well informed me Calling was of No use Time wasted and stressed caused due to uncertainty by the CSR

This application policies are worst. Don’t use this application. They don’t take responsibility of bus operators behaviour. Bus operators did bad touch to a girl infront of me. then this application customer support response was “sorry Ma’am we had discussions with Bus operators and nothing was happened like this, We provide only booking related solutions”. This was the response. No women safety. No responsibility.

Untrustworthy Platform with No Feedback Mechanis
I had a very disappointing experience with this platform. The most alarming issue is that they don’t allow users to rate or leave feedback after their trip. This is a major red flag for transparency and accountability. How can a platform claim to care about user experience when it shuts down the basic right to share honest feedback?
Why no OTP to what’s app and email like MakeMyTrip
Guys it’s 2023, pls upgrade ur application and mindset. Learn from ur competitors.. The people who use ur app are in abroad also, they face difficulties in getting OTP on phone. Please Enable OTP on WhatsApp and Email also. 😊

This was clearly a fraudulent/erroneous booking caused by a website/app error. I have already stoppe
The booking was cancelled within 10 minutes, yet the ticket amount was deducted and I have still not received the full valid refund amount. I strongly object to being charged any convenience fee or cancellation-related charges for a booking that occurred due to an error on your platform. Please explain why I should bear a convenience fee for a website/app error that was not caused by me. The booking was immediately reported to your customer service team, and I clearly informed them that the booking was made incorrectly due to the error. I request you to refund the complete deducted amount, including the convenience fee and any other charges, as soon as possible. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the complaint through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.

The app is so easy to used!! Very friendly app.. What made me decide not to give 4 or 5 stars is the service of the agents.. Today i want to rebook a ticket but for God sake they keep on telling me just to wait and someone will call me back!! 1st call they said wait for 2 hrs. 2nd call, said I wait for 1 hr and assured someone will call.. 3rd call said wait for half an hour but still not calling?!! Poor customer services!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I can’t rebook to the airline website because only cleartrip can!!

Slow but works
Seemed complicated like other things in India. But I did just book my first train. It has since booked me on trains that were already cancelled. Gave partial refunds and after credit card charges, I am out most of my money. The app has accepted payments and failed to book the train. What gives? I wrote to complain and I just get an automated reply and no follow up. Really sucks

Spineless Support
I booked a overnight bus journey through their app with a 4+ start rated service provider. The journey was to begin at 8:30 pm, actually started at 12:45 am (mignight), no prior information of the bus details or delays were communicated proactively. The promised destination drop off was at 8:00 am the actual drop off was at 2:35 pm (afternoon). When escalated to the Cleartrip support team about these issues, this spineless company accepted the justification that the bus service provider offered “The passenger did board the bus and has undertaken the journey, doesn’t matter the delay, hence no refund/compensation”. I escalated this to their senior management too, but not a single person cares of customer feedback there. I should’ve shared this as a journey feedback, however their app doesn’t even allow you to write a review, hence sharing it here. My final take, until you face a challenge/hassle with your journey for a booking through Cleartrip, till then all is fine. The day you face challenges, be rest assured nobody from their team has your back! Don’t be fooled/attracted by their offers and discounts.
