"Oops! Something went wrong" ruined my entire morning.
The app interface is completely unreliable when trying to book train tickets during the 60-day opening rush at 8:00 AM. I repeatedly got generic "Oops! Something went wrong" and session timeout errors, especially when trying to check out. Because the app lags while communicating with the IRCTC server during high-traffic windows, users lose out on confirmed seats. It works fine for regular bookings later in the day, but it is not built to handle the morning rush. The developers need to fix payment gateway timeouts and optimize server response times during peak hours.

My three-day stay at Pankaj Hotel was very comfortable and pleasant. The rooms and surroundings were clean, neat, and well maintained. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Overall, I had a wonderful experience during my stay.

When booking a KSRTC(Kerala) bus through the Goibibo app, the seat arrangement shown in the app was not the same as the actual seating arrangement on the bus. It was a disappointing experience.

The hotel was good but the reception need to be more cooperative there was no call from the hotel reception to the guest to inquiry their reporting
Not suitable to senior citizens
App is too clumsy with too many ways to do same thing. Why not simply it? I was trying to see if my 70 year old mom can use it. Font is too small and lot of unnecessary information on Home Screen. Think about a study with senior citizens on usability of the app.

Auto Cancelled my booking by goibibo
My booking was cancelled by Goibibo without any prior information or notification. However, I have still not received my refund. I have also been unable to connect with customer support, and no one is providing a proper response or resolution. Please look into this issue urgently and process my refund as soon as possible.

I booked a stay at Palm Beach Resort last night, but unfortunately, I accidentally selected a date one month earlier than the date I actually needed. I wanted to book the same date, but due to this mistake, I ended up losing money and going through a lot of unnecessary stress. My experience with Goibibo was extremely disappointing. Despite paying almost four times the amount, I received no proper support or assistance. I honestly felt helpless, as if I was begging someone for help rather than being treated like a paying customer. I am extremely disappointed with the way Goibibo handled the situation. The money I lost, the stress I went through, and the complete lack of customer support made this a very unpleasant experience. I sincerely request everyone to think twice before using the Goibibo app. Based on my experience, I would personally **not recommend Goibibo

Goibio is trash it's showing different prices for different ids for the same time same hotel and for same location. Robbing customers please don't download and use this goibibo.

I have booked a hotel through GoIbibo in Goa. I got to know that from my other booking i need to change my plan but their policy is to reply back after 2 working days and than there is no chance of cancellation. Second I found the problems in the property and asked for refund their representative said me wait for few minutes and provide some pic which I have shared right away but after that none of their representative available to talk and this scenario happened at night so you don’t have option to change your location with family. Better to talk directly talk through agents or hotel instead doing it through GoIbibo. I don’t recommend anyone to use.

I tried first time this app to book the flight, but did not get the confirmation. After payment success, it was just showing me spinner. The worst, I could not apply promo codes listed on website. I had to call the customer care to retrieve my booking. I'm giving 2 star just for interface. Deleting this app.

Running a SCAM
I booked a flight ticket through a credit card on no cost EMI. But I am being charged interest on EMI plus the GST at 18%. GST is okay but interest on EMI while the ticket being booked on no cost EMI benefit amounts to a SCAM.

Interface is simple and easy to use. Search results should mix different airlines , rather than keeping same airline for both to and fro . Overall the app is good with load of good features and attractive

I had a flight booking from Dubai to Delhi which I wanted to change the travel date but there were no option to change it online and then I called customer care even I was in Roaming in Dubai and after long time discussion with customer support, he said he raised a request and will get back to me within 3-5 hours but even after 96 hours they didn’t get back and travelled the same date and I lost very important work due to I couldn’t change the travel date , I will never use Goibibo for any form in my life ,
