No lounge Access for international card holder
I hold international credit card where lounge access is available and Adani lounge is even listed there in master card travel pass. But Adani lounge didn’t accept the master card travel pass without any reason. They want only Indian card with Adani application.
Good app but no stock
I happened to use aDani App in mangalore airport, But sky bites don’t have the QR code scanner for the offer and no stock of the freebies items… Wrapping showed 350 inr but I was charged 500 per bag May be my next visit I can enjoy these when the app gets updated🥲
The offers they show are not real on the app. Misleading on posters itself
They showed a very big banner with “FLAT” 2500 off on first flight booking mentioned but in the fine print it was conveniently changed to Upto 2500. This is blatant cheating.
Fantastic app
Thanks
Bad experience with lounges
I have 15 credit cards and none of them are supported for lounge access. Went to the other loyalty lounge which is also by Adani and no cards accepted.
Easy but slightly costly
App is easy to operate. Notifications are good . However the system upgradation is required here. Unlike other pop icky booking platforms, 1) the partial redemption of reward points is not feasible here and 2) indigo flexi plus fare is not shown. 3) overall price including fees is slightly higher than other portals . I have highlighted this to customer care, they acknowledged but there is no actions afterwards.
Fix wallet issue
Can’t add bookings n qr code to wallet…please fix
Street Pizza

Worse
Can’t open
Can’t open app in Australia. Before it was working good and suddenly stopped working. Need to fix.
Fantastic app
Saved my tonnes of Monday. Would love to refer to every one
User unfriendly
Usage of app at last minute for lounge usage is unnecessary and results in poor customer experience
Easy to use
Love this app. All at one go
Why?
Absolutely stupid to make this app compulsory for airport lounge access. Very annoying.
Cool and cheaper flights
Tried the Adani One App for the first time; was pleasantly surprised that the return trip to Mumbai from Chennai was the lowest across 3 OTAs. Very clean and simple interface. Looking forward to a complimentary coffee at the Airport next time!
Horrible experience
Compulsory to use at lounges but app doesn’t work. Tried 3 times to pay just for it to fail and say “Go to Counter”
Wow
Great offers on Adani app
Hiked mrp
All MRPs are hiked … no point of discount
Review
Good
T1 Mumbai order gone to T2
Placed an order at T1 the order went to T2 Mumbai. The developer has not even bothered to add options for T1 T2 etc. conveniently and even if they have somewhere, it’s not clearly visible. If you have used any coupon etc. it will get wasted. An app can work just very smooth and fine but if it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do, it deserves one star.
About this app
Excellent service from Adani one app
Bad experience for Lounge access
Terrible experience. The untrained staff at this lounge don’t even understand their own access rules. Instead of allowing entry during the standard 3-hour window before a flight, the front desk illogically insisted that I had to arrive exactly 3 hours prior to my departure to be let in. It is incredibly frustrating to be hassled over a basic industry standard that your team failed to grasp. Adani management, please train your staff properly so customers aren’t subjected to this kind of incompetence. Or Please put something in App so we can show the policy and educate your staff!
Super Saver on Duty free
Purchased few items from duty free. It has given me pre order discount. Prices are much cheaper with comparison with LA and Dubai Duty Free. App have multiple features which are very useful for traveling
Inaccurate timing
Dear @adani oneapp team please provide accurate timing.
