The ticket was cancelled and they say it was cancelled from The airlines but why should we bear the convenience fee, this is cheating customers , I will never use this platform, just to use the platform to Book the ticket the convenience fee charges is 3199, seriously , this is absolute cheating .

I made a booking then the hotel told me they change my booking, but still not reflected in the app. No channel to connect with!

Though the flight was cancelled but the cab booking did not get cancelled automatically and I have lost the money.

I would like to share my experience regarding my recent stay at the hotel. When I first arrived, the receptionist showed me a room, and I was initially ready to stay there. However, I later decided to make the booking online through MakeMyTrip instead of paying in cash. After completing the booking, the receptionist provided me with Room 501 on the 5th floor. The condition of the room was extremely disappointing. The room was unbearably hot as it was located directly below/near the terrace, and there were several lizards inside the room. The room was completely unsuitable for a comfortable stay. I immediately came downstairs and requested the receptionist to change my room. I also questioned why I had been given such a poor room. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the receptionist behaved very rudely and refused to change the room. He told me that they could not provide another room and said, “Do whatever you want, but I cannot change the room.” I then tried to contact the hotel owner to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the owner also refused to help and gave me the same response. His attitude was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I had already paid ₹1,400 for the booking, but I obviously could not stay in a room that was extremely hot and had lizards inside. I therefore decided to leave the hotel. I also contacted MakeMyTrip for assistance, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide any satisfactory resolution. Despite explaining the situation, I was not provided with an appropriate solution or refund. And asked me to be there and threat me if i cancel the booking so they would charge for me. I was concerned about my safety issue and the supervisor named Tooba Farooqi asked me to stay at the same hotel even when i approach them with safety concern the supervisor told me that it's just in my mind and if i assume that m going to get physically harmed by them then if anything happen afterwards i can contact the customer support i asked the supervisor that how insensitive it can be for a human being to not even being sympathetic about a situation and ask them to stay at the same place where they are feeling threat and wait for something bad to be happened over this she again said that i don't have any resolution for this and we can nit do anything as u asked and used the resolution word so our resolution is that you need yo stay at the same hotel and we are unable to refund This dump women was not even showing a littlest concern or sympathy towards the situation if you hear that call you would he able to see that i was so much worried about my safety since the people on front desk at hotel has literally threatened us and this women was behaving with outmost rude and disrespectful way The situation was not even about refund it's about the safety What was even more concerning was the behaviour of the hotel owner. During the conversation, he told me that MakeMyTrip could not do anything and that I would not be able to do anything against them. His statements came across as intimidating and as a warning against raising a complaint. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. The room condition, lack of basic hospitality, rude behaviour of the receptionist, and the owner’s intimidating attitude are completely unacceptable. I request MakeMyTrip to investigate this matter properly, review the hotel’s conduct, and provide an appropriate refund/compensation for the amount I paid for a room that I could not reasonably stay in.

“Very Poor Service – MakeMyTrip Disappointed and Cheated Me”
Very poor service from MakeMyTrip. I feel extremely disappointed and cheated by the way my booking was handled. The price charged was far higher than the actual hotel price available on other platforms, while the quality of the hotel and services was nowhere near what was shown during booking. When I tried to contact MakeMyTrip during my stay, I did not receive proper support or a timely resolution. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the platform. Customers should compare prices and hotel reviews carefully before booking through MakeMyTrip. I hope the company takes responsibility and improves its customer support and pricing transparency.

Host have problem uploading photo
Unable to post most of my property photos. Error message dimensions not correct. Pls fix this issue in your app. I have even changed the photo dimensions but still same error.

Flight ticket was cancelled by mmt and refunded amount was almost 3k less. No way of contacting customer support and AI machine response says amount will be refunded in next 24hrs for past 2 weeks 24hrs are not over yet.
App good to use but user set up trouble
App user experience is good and intuitive. I have problem with a new mobile number which is linked to the person who had the number before (number reassigned by operator) and I can see the persons email and details. I’m unable to change the email to mine as it says another email is linked to the phone number from previous user of the mobile. tried calling the number for support several times but no luck through the automated system. No option to email/message support on app as well.
Package bookings
Having booked a package with MMT, we found that hotels are not vetted which meant that one of the hotels we stayed in was below par. Not happy either with the customer service stating that no refunds would be given, there was no attempt to resolve the situation other than stating that I could book somewhere else to stay at 7pm in the evening.
