Overall my stay was okay but there were some things that could have been better In the beginning. my experience with the staff member managing the counter was not good. I requested him to change the bedsheet and blanket because they were not in proper condition. but his response was not satisfactory, and I had to be a little firm with him. After that, things were fine. One thing I really did not like was the check-in and check-out timing. They were very strict about the timing and did not give even a little extra time when needed. I feel some flexibility would make the experience better for guests. The room-cleaning staff. however. were good. Especially Rafiq Uddin. who was helpful and listened whenever I asked him for something. For example. whenever I asked for two bottles of water. he would bring them without any issue. I appreciate his helpful attitude Apart from these points. I liked the room. The ventilation was good. and overall the room was comfortable.

They first said they don't have the room and then offered me a broken room and said you can get a refund from OYO but refused to refund me.
Budget Hotel Accessibility
Staff is very cooperative & Polite. Room needs to be more clean, hygienic and well maintained as well. Meal service should also available inside the hotel. Owner is also a Genuine Person.

Staff is mannerless
Rest every single thing is excellent but the staff is rude and adking for extra chargers. We booked for 2 persons and told them for guest visit but for tue guest visit the asked money extra 500 how ever we told them and in right way we asked them for guest visit apart from our booking so irresponsible and irrespective staff please help us with this thing

Pathetic Rajasthan experience
I have been travelling and staying in hotels since 2010 because of my job profile, and I also genuinely enjoy visiting and exploring new places. Over the years, I have had countless hotel experiences—but my experience at this hotel and with its staff was beyond anything I have encountered before. Who allows a birthday party to continue past midnight inside a hotel room, disturbing other guests? I suddenly woke up around 2:30 AM to loud noises. At first, we were genuinely frightened and thought people were fighting or quarrelling. The disturbance continued for hours, and thankfully, whatever was happening finally stopped around 4:00 AM. I have also recorded a video of the incident as evidence. This was an extremely unpleasant and disturbing experience, especially for someone who had travelled and expected a peaceful night’s sleep. My sincere advice: Please think twice before choosing an OYO-serviced hotel. You may have to take the risk of facing such experiences yourself. I hope the management takes such complaints seriously and ensures that other guests do not have to go through what we experienced.

Room not clean and also towel and bed sheet
Room was unclean. Bedsheet towel was also not clean. Bathroom was very dirty and after information also there was no action on it.bathroom had no exhaust fan. Complimentary breakfast was not provided any day.really I wasted my money and this was my worse hotel experience. Really I don’t want to use oyo again because of this. I booked deluxe room but I am not sure whether I got that room or other room as I haven’t experience such poor hygiene hotel.

Very very disappointing experience with this hotel. What was shown in the Oyo app was not in real as i booked deluxe room but the room provided was not even a good room and no towels, soaps nothing was provided and there was no ventilation also when i tried to order food, they said the chefs hands are paining so they didn’t provided food and said to order from swiggy and zomato and when i asked for water bottle they said to order from outside as they don’t have bottles and there was no hygiene maintained in the room. Very poor quality.

Hi I think app got issue I’m trying print out my invoice the app keep telling me send 4 digit otp to me . I didn’t received on email and my phone call the number give but that person told me he cannot do anything, what suppose I need to do? Where can I get my receipt

I will rate this 2 stars for now Yes I had a very bad experience with them last Nov 1 I was booked on oyo 666 upon arraival I show my booking confirmation with the helpdesk of the hotel. They are strongly denying that they are accepting OYO bookings I was so dis.appointed because I booked for 2 days for a cheaper price yet I have to book. 24 hrs for like higher that I should be Paying for 2 nights. I did try to call or contact OyO via msger yes they responded and never get back at me but today I got a sms about a refund so I’m waiting for that refund and hoping to do business with OYO once again I will give you a one more chance on my next trip! I will give you a higher Rating and will recomment you on my friends and family once the experience on my next book is exceptional! Thankyou sorry for the long story.😂😂

it says when u invite 2 friends then you'll get a reward of lazada voucher when i check i received 100 but in actual when i used the voucher it's only 50 i tried to email your customer service and they ate not responsive..other concerns others who did refer friends did not received any more rewards 😢
Glitchy
Navigation & selection is easy BUT there are glitches, most important of which is in payment. The payment channel says it is successful but the app says 'failed'. I had to restart the app twice before it finally appeared successful (Wizard membership payment). Also the Saved list doesn’t update.

Very bad service from hotel staff and OYO customer care. OYO customer care people don’t respond properly, they don’t care at all about your issues. I was following up on my refund status for almost 2 weeks, however finally OYO relation ship manager- Taher helped me with my refund. He had initiated the refund. Thanks Taher, awaiting for refund in my account. Don’t choose OYO. Thank you

Why is the option for guests number limited to 3? The room I'm trying to book now has 5beds, and yet number of guest is limited to 3? Booked recently and since no option for more than 3, i completed the booking with just 3guests but the room can house more than 3 guests then they asked to pay more when we got there. Will the same apply if im now booking for a room with literally 5beds?
