The concept is good what is good about it there is always a receptionist readily available to deal with requests and issues. And no need to wait for a long hour with key, like the experience I have with Airbnb. Request for clean up room is also available. Another plus factor.

Good app for booking with major flaws
Easy to use and navigate, but server can be slow. The quick chat function never works, emails inbox are also always full and bounces back and the call function doesn’t work at all! I think the only way to reach the CS is to be at the premises physically. Not much help when you need it...

Reddoorz Rosemarie Hotel Philippines
This is the best boutique hotel value for money I’ve stayed in the Philippines. Service from the General Manager Ms Tinn Bolado to her night manager Vince and there housekeeping manager DonDon were exceptional . Not to mention there security officer Michael Lopez who carried all our bags and was very kind to my wife and me . I’d recommend this hotel to anyone with a budget who are looking for a clean hotel with very clean rooms abd bathroom . The rooms were not too small and they remind me of the nice small hotels in Japan where I’ve stayed in . Room service was fast . You can order from any resto you want nearby like McDonald’s or Jolibee. Hotel staff were exceptional in service and pr. Next time I go to Manila I’ll definitely stay in this hotel again . Congratulations to the hotel owner who put up this hotel and chose these employees. He should put up more hotels in metro Manila and other cities like this hotel !

gak jelas,tidak saling berkomunikasi satu sama lain,saya tanggal 27 maret sudah konfirmasi bahwa aplikasi saya tidak mendukung buat kirim nomor rekening melalui sistem,jadi orang cs nya minta saya buat kirim rekening melalui chat tapi saya tunggu sampai 2 hari lalu 21 april tidak ada dikirim uangnya,jadi kalau saya lupa bakal senyap aja? saya chat malah bertele tele,di batalkan pun krna udah boom katanya udah gak kerja sama lagi maksudnya apa,tutup aja aplikasinya penipu
