Reality
Overall it is very easy to book and track the journey. There is a small disadvantage don’t know whether it depends on the AbhiBus or individual travels. While selecting boarding points, most of the travels not showing the exact location like landing marks. It is very hard and confusing for the people who are new to the city. Hopefully, you will find a solution to this.. Apart from this everything is ok at the moment.

Bus broke down.. No response from driver on whether they will get another bus. AbhiBus support team said as per ticket contract a cab driver will call me within two hours from breakdown. But I called after waiting for more than two hours. They kept reading a playbook but no action plan. No confirmation that someone will come and pickup. So it’s just a fake commitment to get customers. Beware.

Trash on floor
Bus workers were good and abhibus app is great but can’t give any start to the cleanness. There are too many mosquitoes in bus,trash is all over on the bus floor lobby. We told the staff few times he said passengers were throwing. We told them serval time they did not clean. We even explained the cause of mosquitos is fruit and vegetables trash as well plastic chips and other food wrappers. It was scary to come down from the upper levels. We told the helper if we coming down and fall who will be responsible. Still being refused by staff. I would never use GujaratTravel in future. We en up using this as we have indigo’s flights has been cancelled for days in Bangalore. I have pictures , If I can’t upload them here will do review on Gujarattravel.

During my Pamuru–Bangalore journey, our bus broke down around 9:30 PM near Brahmanapalli village in a remote forest area. The bus operator could not arrange a backup bus for several hours. I contacted AbhiBus Customer Care, and they immediately stepped in and arranged a free cab to Bangalore within around 90 minutes, despite us being in a remote location. Their quick response, ownership and concern for passenger safety were truly impressive. Thank you, AbhiBus, for being there when we needed you the most! 🙏👏 This kind of customer service deserves appreciation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very worse experience
My bus missed the boarding point at midnight 12:15, and when I saw it approaching, I tried calling the driver, but they declined my calls. The driver stopped after a kilometer and asked me to come to the bus stop. I had to rush a kilometer without an autorickshaw at that hour! The bus was also late. I complained to the AbhiBus support team about both the delay and the missed boarding point, but they refused to refund me for the delay, claiming it was a normal occurrence for a bus to be delayed. My ticket was for the AbhiBus Assured category, which offers refunds for bus delays. And for missing of boarding point they said they will send me 200 points cash back but I haven’t received the 200 cash back points even though it’s been a year. This service is extremely poor.
