Everything is good except server down or glitch issue. Recently i have booked an bus ticket and after doing every process when it’s time to pay for my seat the payment system gets a glitch ,bug or like an server issue by which I cannot proceed to pay its get stuck on that page

ટિકિટ બુકિંગ સિસ્ટમમાં સુધારો કરો, જેથી મુસાફરીના સમયના ૩૦ મિનિટ પહેલા સુધી પણ જો સીટ ખાલી હોય તો બુકિંગ થઈ શકે.

The expiry date box looses its focus after feeding in the month. The space for the YY is below the month instead of next to it. This is confusing

Origin & End Point Not Showing
In Advance Booking option in gsrtc apple app, we are NOT being shown origin and end point of any bus route shown. Do the needful urgently.

No bus name at first place.
Matter escalated multiple times via twitter regarding bus name issues specifically for iOS app. When trying to book a bus, when two buses are running at same time, users can’t get which bus to board. App only shows Boarding and Dropping points, not the origin and destination. A basic thing.
